01 Foam Today s chefs are looking for a new twist on plain white tableware that doesn t detract from the pristine finish it provides. The subtle white on white bubbled texture of Foam creates this point of difference, but retains the white finish so loved by chefs. 02 Ruff Lux Inspired by chefs using the plate rim as part of the display area for a dish, the gold decoration on Ruff Lux represents a splash of sauce by chef. The decoration is itself the embodiment of something that could happen in real life, taking a brief unexpected moment and capturing it in a bold gold colour. 03 Mosaic The reactive glazes of Mosaic produce a variance in effect and colour, so every piece retains a unique character. Although it looks hand-crafted, Mosaic is tough. Tough enough to stand up to everyday use in a professional kitchen environment. Available on a selection of plates and bowls to showcase today s menus, Mosaic can easily be incorporated into an existing tableware setting. With the new addition of a 12oz (34cl) mug in all five colour options, Mosaic has now been extended to include beverage service. 04 Ripple Grey Ripple Grey is a natural progression from painting by hand, using an allover reactive colour to create a subtle texture during the firing process. This textured finish gives it an artisan appearance whilst the colour is not too far out of the comfort zone for chefs who would normally favour white tableware. 05 Midnight Rose Midnight Rose takes the idea of a traditional ceramic rose pattern and brings it bang up to date by limiting colours to a monochrome palette. The addition of a gold colour within the pattern gives Midnight Rose a glamorous and luxurious finish, perfect for a contemporary Afternoon Tea menu. 06 Harvest: Blue, Mustard, Coral The options to mix and match Harvest have become even greater, thanks to the addition of plates and bowls in the bolder colours of the range Blue, Mustard and Coral. The current trend for sharing is covered by a variety of bowls in different shapes and sizes, now available across all seven colours and plain White. All items have the hand-finished detailing that underlines Harvest s rustic appeal. Each piece has unique features like wobbly edges purposely built into the design. 07 Evo: Bronze Reminiscent of an aged patina on bronze sculptures, Bronze is the latest decoration available in the Evo range. The finished effect is created by using a reactive crystalline glaze. The crystals within the glaze respond differently to the firing process, creating a different finish every time. Because each piece is hand-dipped into the glaze, small marks are left where the items are held, which fire differently in the kiln, producing a unique item every time. Available on selected items from across the Evo range, Bronze adds texture and tone. With the addition of Bronze to Ice, Sand, Pearl, Jet and Granite, Evo is now available in six finishes.
