CHRISTMAS PARTY NIGHTS Our famous Party Nights are the perfect way to get you into the festive mood! Arrive at 7.30pm for a delicious 4 course Christmas Dinner then it s on with the party until 1.00am with our resident radio DJ s. You can reserve your table now with a deposit of only 10 per person by calling us on 01475 520919. THE EARLY PARTY NIGHT FREE WINE / BEER OFFER Saturday 1st December Kick of the festive season in style with us on the 1st of December. Ideal for those who are too busy to party later in December or just a great value night out! A 4-course festive meal plus a bucket of beers or bottle of wine per every 4 guests in your party then drink & dance the night away with our resident Superstar Christmas DJ, Radio Clyde s Mr Bill Smith. Friday 7th and Saturday 8th December One wild party weekend with the legendary Earl Blue & the Sessions live at The Chartroom! As well as a 4-course festive dinner & our DJ! Anytime we welcome the guys to the Chartroom they lift the roof off the place and these Christmas nights promise to be no different! Ticket for these nights are strictly limited so early booking is definitely advised to avoid disappointment! BOOKING YOUR PARTY NIGHT 1. Decide which date you prefer and how many are in your party then call us on 01475 520919 to check availability and make a provisional booking we will then send you a booking form. 2. Ask all of your party to select their meal choices on the booking form and return it with a 10 per person deposit within 7 days of making your initial booking. 3. Pay the balance for your party night by 30th October. Please note that monies are non-refundable for cancellations after this date. 4. Return completed menu order form by 1st November. The Small Print Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 10 for each person in the party is due within 7 days of making a provisional booking. Provisional bookings will be automatically released if the deposit has not been received after this 7 day period. Once paid, your booking will then be confirmed. Final Payment The final balance payment is due by 30th October 2017. This payment is non-refundable. Where a booking is made within 4 weeks of the function date, the full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. If you cancel We regret that monies cannot be refunded after payment has been received. No deposits or payments will be transferred or used for other products. If we cancel We reserve the right to cancel any date, if numbers booked are not viable. Alternative dates will be offered, but if not suitable, all monies will be refunded. Property We operate a cloakroom facility at a cost of 1 per item. Items for which tickets have been lost can only be claimed at end of night or next day. The Chartroom cannot be held responsible for any articles left unattended or for the loss of any personal belongings however caused. Seating Whilst we try to accommodate seating requests for specific areas of The Chartroom these cannot be guaranteed due to operational requirements please ensure members of your party are aware of this.
