We offer a wide selection of menus and dishes from formal wedding breakfasts to more informal celebrations. For your social and reception, we can offer you a number of options from hot and cold buffets to hot plated dinners. PRICING & POLICIES Sit-Down Style Dinner $18.00/plate Two choices: add $0.25 per plate; Three choices: add $0.50 per plate (Meal markers will be provided) Hot Buffet Style Dinner $20.00/plate one entree $22.00/plate two entrées Light Buffet Style Dinner $12.00/plate Kids Menu $9.00/plate (Ages 10 and under) * Prices do not include current sales tax and gratuity POLICIES & GENERAL INFORMATION The Ramada and The Baymont require a $1,000 deposit to secure your space. The deposit will NOT be refunded if the wedding is canceled at any time, under any circumstances, unless fault of the hotel. The following items are all included complimentary with your wedding hall: Full set up and takedown and cleanup of the wedding hall with skirted gift, cake, guest book, head tables and tables necessary to set food White, ivory or black linen tablecloths and linen napkins (coordinating with wedding colors if available) Risers for your head table Corded microphone at the head table Centerpieces for any buffet tables A room for opening gifts the day following the wedding A complimentary suite for the bride and groom on the night of the wedding, provided they meet the minimum rental requirements. The Ramada and The Baymont require room rental fees and food minimums along with a cash bar with a $350 minimum. The Ramada Courtyard can also be rented for an outside ceremony in conjunction with the Judicial Room as backup in case of rain at an additional $350 rental fee for courtyard ceremony and $450 rental fee for courtyard dinner. Decorating is the responsibility of the bridal party. Decorating items and supplies (including cake supplies) must be picked up that evening after the dance. Lost or broken decorating items (including cake supplies) are not the responsibility of the hotel. In planning your centerpieces, please be advised that wax candles must be contained within a solid holder and must be taller than the flame. Confetti, glitter, tinsel and real or artificial rose petals are prohibited. There will be a $400 cleanup charge for those using any of the above. For your comfort and protection, employment of a security guard is required when a bar is provided for the dance. We will secure the guard for you. The cost is $200 per guard (1 guard up to 300 adults, 2 guards over 300 adults), and must be paid by bridal party. (Continued on next page)

All food and beverage purchases are subject to a service charge. Applicable sales tax will be added to all rental fees, service fees and food. Both hotels require a 100% guaranteed number of guests and payment of guaranteed number three days prior to reception. We prepare food for 5% over the guarantee number. Final payment is due at that time, along with a credit card number on file in case additional charges are incurred. Due to local city regulations, perishable foods, beverages, and liquor products may not be brought into the facilities. You may, however, bring in your own cake, bars, mints and nuts. All prepared food cannot leave the premises. Homemade liquors (Red-Eye) are not allowed and if found on premises will become hotel property. Our service staff is available to tray your nuts and mints. A fee of $150 will be charged for traying bars, kuchen, etc., which must be cut and brought in disposable containers. If bars are brought in uncut, they will not be trayed. If the bridal party choose to tray their own, they must supply trays, serving utensils, knives, etc. Our staff is also available to cut and serve your cake for an additional fee of $150 (not including in the traying fee). Attendants for the cake table, punch table, gift table, guest book and keg are the responsibility of the bridal party. We provide disposable plates for cake, cups and pitchers for beer, and cups and napkins for punch. Punch $16 per gallon. One gallon of punch will serve approximately 35 people. Keg of domestic beer (16 gallons, $300). Keg(s) will be pulled at the start of your dance, empty or not (no more than two 16 gallon kegs may be ordered). One 16 gallon keg will serve approximately 170 12 oz. cups. If both keg beer and champagne or wine are hosted during the social, there will be no cash bar set up until dinner is served. House champagne and/or wine is available at $18 per bottle. When champagne or wine is served, we supply all glassware complimentary. If you choose to bring in your own wine (cannot be homemade) a $10 service fee, per 750ml bottle, will apply. A special room rate may apply to a block of sleeping rooms for your wedding guests (check with our sales office). Please specify to all your guests that check-in time is 4:00 P.M. If rooms are available prior to 4:00 P.M., we will allow early check-in. If you choose to have us provide your dinner for the evening of your rehearsal, we will provide you with a complimentary meeting room and a 10% discount on meal.
