Jett Godfrey Nutritious Snack Armstrong County Tropical Sugar Cookies Cookies: 1 cup butter, softened 1 cup sugar 2 eggs Yi tsp vanilla extract 3 cups flour 1 tsp baking powder Yi tsp baking soda Yi tsp salt Yi cup sour cream Icing: 1 package cream cheese 2 cups powdered sugar 2 Tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla Pinch of salt Fruit Garnish: Strawberries, mandarin oranges, grapes, chopped (or any variety that you like) Directions: 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet. 2. Mix butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. 3. Add in all dry ingredients and mix into the wet ingredients. 4. Chill for 1 hour. 5. Roll out and cut into shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet. 6. Bake for 7-10 minutes 7. Enjoy!
