Heat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a cookie sheet. 2. Mix butter and sugar until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. 3. Add in all dry ingredients and mix into the wet ingredients. 4. Chill for 1 hour. 5. Roll out and cut into shapes. Place on greased cookie sheet. 6. Bake for 7-10 minutes 7. Enjoy!

Max Hedrick Deaf Smith Banana Oat Energy Balls 2 ripe bananas 2 cups quick oats 1/4 cup peanut butter (or almond butter or your favorite nut butter) 1 /4 cup honey 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Mash up bananas in a large mixing bowl. Stir in the oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips and cinnamon. Scoop out about 2 tablespoons of the mixture and roll into a ball. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Store the balls in the refrigerator.

Use an apple peeler/slicer/corer to make apple rings out of both of the apples. 2. Arrange the apple rings on a platter. 3. Microwave the peanut butter until melted. Approximately 15-30 seconds 4. Using a spoon, drizzle the melted peanut butter on the apple slices. 5. Using a spoon drizzle the honey on top of the melted peanut butter and apple slices. 6. Mix coconut oil and honey in a saucepan and heat just until boiling. Pour into bowl with dry ingredients. Put parchment paper on cookie sheet. Spread mixture evenly on cookie sheet. Cook for 30 minutes at 300 degrees, stirring every 10 minutes. Let cool and add dried cranberries. Optional: Eat with yogurt and fruit!
