The hourly rate for custom made events is 30,38. When we receive your cancelation on time there will be no cancelation fee. Should this not be the case then we will hire them for you and charge the costs to you. If you deviate from the listed minimum order units we will handle a custom price. This is an activity that deviates from the standard items listed in the Foodbook, so all personal requirements that are not in the Foodbook are listed. Orders that deviate from the order time mentioned in the Foodbook can only be carried out in consultation with the Banqueting Service point. Sodexo takes into account the alcohol policy within ING.
