COSTS ARE AS FOLLOWING: All costs are per person Single (1 per room) $3000 Double (2 per room) $2250 Triple (3 per room) $2000 Quad (4 per room) $1875 A $250 deposit is due upon registration. Final payment is due August 1 st, 2019. You may make as many payments as you wish until paid in full. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of departure, the deposit may have to be forfeited, but I hopefully will have a waiting list, which would mean that I would sell your package to the next in line and all monies would be refunded. Everyone may bring one large suitcase and one carry on. The carry on may be put in the luggage bay but can also be put in the bus above head storage. ALL luggage must have a name tag on them. The temperatures will vary with mid 60 s to high 30 s to low 40 s, always subject to change. Casual dress with comfortable walking shoes, and of course, a jacket. Dressing in layers is the most desirable way to dress. You may also bring anything you want to eat and drink, within reason, on the bus. You may also bring share snacks for everyone on the bus. I furnish the water for the bus and I also furnish extra trash bags. NO trash is to be thrown on the bus floor during our trip, so we can try to keep everything clean. You may also bring a small pillow and blanket for your comfort on the bus. Everyone bring your passport, I have a surprise for all of you. We will have a luncheon prior to our trip to discuss whatever concerns you may have. This will be Saturday, Oct 12, 2019 at 11:30 am at Vermilionville in the Café de Mama.
They serve a buffet lunch which includes a cup of gumbo, your drink, coffee, tea and a dessert, on your own. You must RSVP at least one week prior to date so I will know how many to setup for. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GET ON THE BUS AT THE TIME I TELL YOU TO AND YOU HAVE NOTING ELSE TO WORRY ABOUT. Today we will travel to Nashville, TN, with stops for breakfast and lunch, on your own. We will also make stretch stops. Arriving in Nashville around 4:30pm and checking into the CLUB HOTEL for the next 2 nights. The hotel is a perfect choice while in Nashville, located in the Opryland area with a full breakfast. AND THE FUN BEGINS. 6:00 pm Board the bus for dinner and a show at the RAY STEVENS CABARAY. Your evening includes a delicious dinner, dessert and fabulous performance by RAY himself. A must do in Nashville 10:00 pm Back to the hotel Friday, Oct 25 Breakfast at the hotel before boarding the bus for a 3 hour tour of Nashville, with lunch on your own along the way. This afternoon we will visit the Honky Tonks downtown and do some shopping 5:00 pm Dinner tonight will be at the WILDHORSE SALOON, with live music, line dancing instructions, delicious meal, a full bar and surprise guests for dinner. Full bar on your own. 6:30 pm GRAND OLE OPRY live with guest performers TBA 10:00 pm Back to the hotel Saturday, Oct 26 Breakfast at the hotel before departing Nashville at 7:30 am and traveling to Woodstock, VA for a one night stopover. Again we will make lunch and stretch stops. Arriving in Woodstock around 5:00 pm and checking into the Comfort Inn. 6:30 pm Depart for dinner at Spring House Tavern, choices of entre will be: Chicken Fried Chicken, ½ Rack of Baby Back Ribs, Southern Fried Catfish or southwest Shrimp Salad with cold drink and dessert. Full bar on your own. 8:30 pm Back to hotel Sunday, Oct 27 Breakfast at hotel. Departing hotel at 8:00 am and driving to Washington, DC where we will pick up a tour guide for a 4 hour tour of Washington. Our tour will consist of: The Capitol Building/National Mall/World War II Memorial/Lincoln
& Vietnam Memorials/picture stop at Lafayette Square and the White House. We will make a few stops and lunch, on your own, before departing for NEW YORK CITY. Arriving in Secaucus, NJ, where we will be lodging for the next 3 nights around 6:00 pm, checking into the Holiday Inn Express. 7:00 pm Dinner tonight will be at Red Lobster, figured everyone would be ready for seafood about now. Our choices will be: Wood Grilled Sirloin Steak & Lobster Tail, served with Broccoli & Baked Potato or Wood Grilled Sea Scallop, Shrimp and Salmon Skewer, seerved with Brown Butter sauce, broccoli & Wild Rice Pilaf or Bar Harbor Bake of Mussels, Maine Lobster Tail, Shrimp and Scallop in a rich garlic butter sauce, served over Linguini. All served with a Fresh Garden Salad, soft drink, tea, and coffee. Dessert will be a Warm Brownie ala Mode Monday, Oct 28 Today we will attempt to attend Good Morning America. To do so, we will have to depart from the hotel at 6:00 am. Taping begins at 7:00 am. We would be outside, so dress warmly. 9:00 am We will meet with our tour guide for the day for an all day tour to include: Tour of Midtown and Uptown Manhattan to begin with a visit to The Top of the Rock Observation Deck. Then a Walking Tour of Rockefeller Center, then a visit to Grand Central Terminal for a lunch stop, on your own at the food court on the lower level. 1:00 pm Board the bus for a tour of upper Manhattan to include: Lincoln Center, Upper West Side. The Dakota. Walk in Central Park, The Cathedral of St. John the Divine, Harlem and Fifth Avenue 5:00 pm Tour ends at Times Square for dinner 8:00 pm Broadway Play TBA 10:30 pm Back to hotel Tuesday, Oct 29 Breakfast at hotel before departing for our second day of touring. Today will include: Lower Manhattan, Tour of the World Trade Center Site to include the 9/11 Memorial, Visit to the 9/11 Museum, Lunch at the Hudson Eats Food Hall, on your own. Then a drive through wall street District with stop at Wagner Park for view of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. 2:30 pm Visit to Chinatown for bargain shopping, then a drive thru SOHO and walking tour of Greenwich Village. 5:00 pm Tour ends in Little Italy for dinner. After dinner you will have time to shop
around if you want to. Wednesday, Oct 30 Breakfast at the hotel before departing for yet some more adventure and beautiful area.niagara FALLS.Upon arriving in mid afternoon we will check into the HYATT PLACE hotel for our 2 day stay. 5:00 pm Board the bus for dinner and playing at the Seneca Casino Thursday, Oct 31 Breakfast at the hotel 9:00 am Board the bus for your SURPRISE DAY AND EVENING. No hints except you must bring your passport this day. I will not disappoint I promise. 10:00 pm Back to the amazing hotel, after a day you will not soon forget. Dinner tonight will blow your mind. Friday, Nov 1 Breakfast at the hotel before departing at 7:30 am for Louisville, KY 5:30 pm Arriving at the Best Western and checking in 7:00 pm Dinner will be at the Cardinal Hall of Fame Restaurant. Excellent food and a full bar. Saturday, Nov 2 Breakfast at the hotel before departing at 7:30 pm for Memphis, Tn. Arriving around 2:30 pm and checking into the Comfort Inn 4:00 pm Meet a tour guide for 2 hour Music tour of Memphis. 6:00 pm Going to the Pyramid for some shopping and a little sight seeing. 7:00 pm For our last night together, we will have an extraordinary evening. For dinner tonight we will be dining way above Memphis where you can see forever. We will board the elevators at the Pyramid to the very top on the 28 th floor for our dinner. BEAUTIFUL SCENERY and so much fun. There is also a full bar, on your own. After dinner we will go to Beale Street, to see all of the honky tonks and hear various styles of music. 10:00 pm Back to hotel Sunday, Nov 3 Breakfast at the hotel before departing for home. We will depart at 8:00 am. Lunch today will be at Boudreaux s & Thibodeaux s Restaurant in Houma, LA, on your own. A must see and eat place.
