EVENT CATERING TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking & Confirmation A booking is confirmed when a 50% deposit is paid and this terms and conditions form is signed and returned. Accepted payment methods are Direct Debit (to the nominated account shown on the invoice), Visa / Master Card (+ 1.5%) or American Express (+1.5%). This deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your order less than five (5) clear working days prior to your event. Final Numbers A guaranteed minimum number of guests attending your event and special dietary requirements, must be received five (5) clear working days prior to your event. Any increase in numbers after this date, must be communicated to us and confirmed via email. Your order will be adjusted and an amended Invoice issued. DISCLAIMER Special Diets & Food Allergies Redbox Catering is EAT SAFE accredited. Special diets will be accommodated where possible. Whilst all care is taken in relation to food allergies and intolerances advised to us by our clients, as our kitchen prepares all food types, we accept no responsibility for any adverse reaction by any guest to the food prepared or served by us. Breakages & Loss Clients are responsible for any costs associated with loss, theft, damage or breakage of redbox catering equipment on loan and in use at catering events. This includes the temporary removal of catering equipment from the event room. Loss, theft, damages and breakages will be chargeable to the client for the full replacement value. Final Payment of Invoice The balance owing is to be paid strictly within seven (7) days of the catering event, thereafter a $50.00 late fee will apply monthly to all overdue Invoices. In the event an overdue Invoice is referred to an agency for recovery, all costs incurred including associated legal costs will be included in the outstanding debt. Additional General Terms & Conditions All prices are exclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice. Special dietary requirements will attract an extra cost for individual plating and labelling. Additional service charges are as follows: Saturday catering $60.00, Sunday catering $120.00.
