ABOUT SÜTAŞ FROM FARM TO TABLE BUSINESS MODEL Sütaş operates with an integrated business model From Farm to Table that ensures the safety and naturalness of products and food safety. Within the context of this model, in addition to dairy production at every region it invests in, Sütaş does plant production and establishes feed plants, dairy cattle breeding farms, livestock selection and certification centers, applied dairy farming training centers, recycling, energy and organomineral fertilizer facilities. CRAFTSMANSHIP AND EXPERTISE Dairy business requires both craftsmanship and expertise. Producing naturally tasty dairy products is a mastery, however delivering these natural products to millions of tables in a healthy and fresh manner, requires expertise. At Sütaş, we use international quality management standards at every stage, from procurement and production to packaging and delivery to ensure the food safety of our products. We monitor each and every stage of the production both in real-time and retrospectively. Our expertise in milk provides the competency to produce new dairy products pleasing the palate of young generations and suitable to the conditions of modern life. We have been an innovative force in the milk and dairy products sector since the day we started. Sütaş has pioneered the production of packaged ayran, churned butter, baby yoghurt, tubed fruit yoghurt for children, UF white cheese and many other products in Turkey. One of our objectives is to offer new flavours so that people can benefit more from dairy products. CORPORATE GOVERNANCE Corporate Governance Principles form the basis for our values and priority-setting, our processes and procedures, the powers and responsibilities of managers and the rights of our stakeholders. We stand by the principles of fairness, transparency, accountability, and responsibility. We cooperate with regulating and auditing bodies to integrate our Corporate Governance Principles to our business conduct. OUR QUALITY POLICY Quality at Sütaş is not only managed during the production process, but in the whole of the supply and distribution chain, as required by a valuable and fragile food like milk. Sütaş continuously provides free trainings for students and for dairy farmers for efficient production of higher quality milk. Sütaş s perspective is to process the milk in the most hygienic conditions while maintaining its nature as it is, to produce naturally tasty dairy products and to deliver them to tables in the most healthy and convenient packaging, without breaking the cold chain.
