We base our staffing and kitchen needs by the number of people we have reservations for. Unexpected arrivals compromise the quality of service for both wait and kitchen staff. National Nutrition Month is a nutrition education and information campaign created annually in March by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. The first National Nutrition Week started in 1973 and was extended to a month-long time frame in 1980 after growing public interest in health and nutrition. The campaign focuses on the importance of making informed food choices and developing sound eating and physical activity habits. Whether it s starting the day off right with a healthy breakfast or planning meals and snacks in advance, the foods you choose can make a real difference.
