This drink is very pure, crisp and green - like a walk in the park, and the feelings endured through out every sip. Local herbs and fruits well blended with tiny tips of vodka. Pinus armandii, also called the Chinese White PineTree because of its evergreen foliage, considered by the Chinese as an emblem of longevity and immortality. We used the natural forest flavours of this tree and made a pine needle & black tea syrup to combine with bourbon, oregano and oak.
