Anthony s Steakhouse has added a new chef to their establishment, Rory Franco. Rory has been with Anthony s just over a year. His expertise is comfort food with an Italian Twist. Rory started in restaurants at the age of 15. He attended Metro where he received his Culinary Degree. He plans on elevating the Anthony s menu with a modern twist on Italian dishes. MEET THE CHEF RORY One of his favorite dishes on the new menu is the Burrata Meatballs. The meatballs are a mixture of pork and ground beef and steak trimmings. They then add Burrata Cheese in the middle, so when you cut into the meatball it is like a giant lava meat ball of deliciousness. Rory also favors the new Ricotta Cheese Cake and he has introduced a twist on the wedge salad by adding their new Basil Green Goddess Dressing. The Pumpkin fields were also full of a great pumpkin selection. Our kids loved the zip line, giant pirate ship and they tree house castle. It was hard to get them to leave. For the older kids and the adults the Ranch of Terror will sure to please. They also offer a wide variety of food options including fresh made piping hot kettle corn, giant turkey legs, slushes + more.
