Braten Infra-red Grill using Gas That complicated technology has been accomplished by FiberTech. Grills by other companies produce heats through the light of electric lamp and cook with the radiant heat. Therefore the cooking time is long and glaring is produced by the light. Braten Grill produces the infra-red rays of high energy through the heat from the gas burner. The infra-red ray penetrates objects and delivers the energy into the meat; the penetrating energy, the heat, cooks the outside and inside of the meat simultaneously so that the cooking time is short and no glaring or other side effect is created.
Braten Braten's top-down grill is a very convenient product that does not cause any spattering oil, micro dust or harmful gas while being easy to carry and store with its portable gas system. Braten applies the infra-red radiant heat produced by the surface combustion burner using metal fibers so that the thermal efficiency is exceptional and enabling enjoying foods without waiting a long time.
