TERMS and ORDERING information updated 5/17/15 Minimum order $19.95 We cannot ship plants ordered from the retail section to Arkansas, Florida, Mississippi, South Carolina, Alaska or Hawaii. Contact your State Dept of Agriculture for more information. If you do not indicate no substitutions we will substitute if a variety becomes unavailable. For your convenience you can use paypal with the Buy It Now feature on our website www.duckcreekfarms.com The numbers on the buy it now feature or listed catalog is the only discounts that apply to the quantity ordered. If you do not want to use Paypal you can order the old fashion way by printing off a copy of the catalog and order form and send in order form with a check. Orders received by mail will probably not receive an acknowledgement. We also have many web only varieties that are very limited for 2014 not listed in the printed catalog.. Shipping Season begins May 18, 2015. WE SHIP WHEN SLIPS ARE READY. Not all varieties of sweetpotatoes will make slips at the same time, some are early, and some will be later. While we try our best to ship on your request ship date, if you are not able to accept a delay in shipping (especially on the varieties indicated as being slow to sprout) then please find another source for your slips. Also, weather greatly influences the rate of growth. A cool spring means slower slip production. Please indicate your preferred shipping week. If a date is not provided, we will ship when we feel is best for your growing zone. If you think there might be a possibility of changing your ship dates, please wait to order until you know as if is almost impossible for us to make changes once we get the order. We ship Monday, Tuesday Wednesday, Friday and sometimes Saturday for Monday delivery. Shipping usually begins about May 18, but if you indicate ASAP we will ship when slips are ready. Our last ship date for 2015 will be the week of June 22. PLEASE allow up to three weeks for delivery after receiving your order. We recommend you order early. If all your order is ready, we will try to get it shipped faster. Orders that are requested to be shipped before your area is warm and settled are shipped at your own risk. None of our plants are GMO s. We are not Certified Organic. We do not use dangerous pesticides. All our pleats were grown on rented Certified Organic land this year without any chemicals, but we are not certified organic. We grow under natural conditions and cannot guarantee that any particular variety will be available for early ship dates. (Early is anytime in May). If you absolutely need your plants earlier, we suggest you find another source that can guarantee early shipping. We recommend you check the updates and availability. If varieties you ordered are still not ready to be shipped we will probably cancel those varieties and issue a refund unless you indicate subs are acceptable. Please do not request shipping before your soil temps are in the 60 s. If you want shipping before that time our plant guarantee is void. And yes, we realize that the Deep South warms up faster than we do, but it doesn t make our plants grow faster. We will not be liable for more than the purchase price Order Cancellations If you need to cancel or amend an order for any reason, please do it 2 weeks prior to the requested ship date, otherwise it might not get cancelled or amended. If you cancel your order, you may not receive a refund until after the shipping season (mid-july), unless we refund by Paypal. If there is a possibility of cancellation, it s best to wait to place your order. Please order a minimum of $19.95
