Full pre-payment is required at the time of booking for all Party Scene Party Nights this is non-refundable or transferable. 4. Full Payment for all events, must be received no later than 28 days prior to your arrival. 5. We regret that if your party size decreases in numbers no refund in deposits paid will be made and the final balance due will be on the revised numbers. 6. We reserve the right to move the event to an alternative room, subject to numbers, without prior notice. 7. Accommodation rates are advertised at a from price and are subject to change. 8. Table locations are subject to request and availability and cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to join smaller parties together.
