GROUP BOOKINGS at SOTTO SOPRA Here at Sotto Sopra, we welcome any excuse to socialise over a meal and we thank you for considering us for your party. Sotto Sopra is A relaxed yet sophisticated Italian Woodfired Trattoria on the beaches, owned and operated by the team from the two-hat restaurant Ormeggio at The Spit: Alessandro Pavoni, Victor Moya, and Bill Drakopoulos. Joining their partnership is Head Chef and Co-Owner, Mattia Rossi, who is from Rome and has worked in some of the world s top Italian restaurants. He has moved from Chiosco by Ormeggio to lead the Sotto Sopra team. For parties of 12 or more guests we offer a variety of different menu options: a) Banquet menu at $69.5 per person b) Premium Banquet menu at $79.5 per person c) Platinum Banquet menu at $99.5 per person (details on request) And for exclusive events only (details on request): d) Ultimate Banquet menu at $129.5 per person For bookings of 12 or more guests we also offer our SOTTO SOPRA VALUE PACKAGE, which includes a Bespoke banquet menu and Via Alta Tier 1 beverage package for up to 3 hours. General Information Prices shown include GST. An 8% service charge will be added to the final bill at the time of final payment. To confirm your booking and hold a table for your chosen date and time we require your credit card details as security and a completed booking form returned to us. First booking form in, first table confirmed. Management reserves the right to cancel any function if the booking form is not returned with credit card details provided. All final details including; guest numbers, menu, and beverage package, must be confirmed in writing 7 days prior to the event. Split bills are allowed to a maximum of 4 cards Your group may be seated on tables side by side. Each table will be treated separately for ordering purposes. We will do our best to accommodate your seating requests but this is always at the discretion of management on the day as we work to accommodate everyone. Seating and vacate times will apply for non-exclusive bookings. Please remember that we are always happy to help tailor a package to meet your needs. Additional pre-arranged menu options Spiedo Bresciano (to be ordered at least 72 hours in advance): Spiedo Bresciano is a very traditional Brescian speciality, from the northern region of Lombardy in Italy. It is a slow spit roasted selection of chicken and pork, basted over 5 hours in butter, sage and red wine. It is served on share platters with a selection of sides of warm soft polenta with burnt butter, roasted potatoes with rosemary, and green mixed leaf salads. This creates a real feast atmosphere, and is delicious! This would incur an additional charge per person of $20.5pp, and would replace the main course of your selected menu. Shared platters (to be ordered at least 72 hours in advance): Antipasto plates - Selection of cured meats - marinated vegetables - parmigiano reggiano Cheese platters Chef s selection of cheese with condiments and crackers 12.5pp 15.5pp Extra course Please talk to us about other options. Cake (to be ordered at least 72 hours in advance): If you would like us to make and serve a tiramisu for your birthday cake, in place of dessert there would be no extra charge incurred. We would need to know 72 hours prior to your booking. If you would like to bring your own cake in place of your dessert course there would be no cake-age charged. If you would like to bring your own cake to serve after dessert the cake-age fee is $5.5pp and we will cut and serve it for you. If you would also like this served with gelato the cake-age will be $8.5pp. Beverages: For groups of 14 people or more we do request that you preorder wines/beverages to be served on the day if there is a particular wine you want. Please note that we cannot guarantee vintages or stock on hand if we are not given these preferences in advance. These pre ordered beverages will be charged on consumption. For exclusive/semi exclusive events we can offer an alcoholic beverage package. Please let us know if you would like to discuss this option. Prices start from $55.5 per person. We also offer a BYO beverage package which incorporate unlimited corkage, unlimited still and sparkling water, soft drinks, juice and tea & coffee for $35.5pp. Sotto Sopra enforces their policy of responsible service of alcohol and as such reserves the right to refuse alcohol service to any guest according to their discretion.

Upgrades available Linen service - at $3.5 per person white tablecloths and serviettes can be placed on all tables for exclusive bookings. Wild Lotus Flowers our local contact for flowers can provide you with table arrangements and decorations for exclusive bookings. Ask us for more information. Cocktails on arrival pre order one of our popular cocktails for your guests to enjoy on arrival @ $16pp. Exclusive Events at Sotto Sopra Function times: o Lunch 12.00 to 4.00pm o Dinner 5.30 to 10.00pm Maximum seated capacity at Sotto Sopra is 100 guests, combining both indoors and outdoor areas. We also have semi private areas available. Our iconic Feasting table can accommodate up to 16 guests or our semi private area for up to 35 guests. Our outdoor area is split into weatherproof private sections for groups of 14, 16 or 20. Minimum spends apply for exclusive and semi exclusive areas. Please contact us for further details. Please note that a deposit of $1000 is required to secure the exclusive or semi-exclusive use of the venue, payable either by credit card, cash, or bank transfer. This is non-refundable for cancellations within 28 days of the booking date. Exclusive/semi exclusive events must be fully pre-paid 7 days prior to the event upon confirmation of final details. The 8% service charge is not included within the minimum spend and will be applied to the final bill. We are very happy to tailor something to you specifically.
