Rappaport secured a location for District Distilling Co. in the bustling 14th and U Street corridor - an ideal setting for serving a unique urban distilling and dining experience. Through relationship leverage and strategic negotiation Rappaport was able to preserve this site for our client during the four year legislation process.
VIENNA SHOPPING CENTER VIENNA, VIRGINIA There was an opportunity to revamp the Vienna Shopping Center space and make it better suited for today s retail market.
