Panthers Port Macquarie Panthers Port Macquarie is situated in the heart of the beautiful NSW mid north resort coast near some of the most pristine waterways and magnificent beaches in Australia. We welcome the opportunity for your club or group to join us in one of our function rooms for the event of your choice. Panthers have a delicious selection of set menus, buffet and finger food to suit your occasion. Our Function & Banquets staff would work closely with you to ensure the success of your event. THE FUNCTION ROOMS Pier One: Pier One overlooks the Hasting River with it s own private out door decking area, and is our most popular room. This room can do a sit down dinner for 150 or a buffet dinner for 120. A great room for a cocktail party that can spill out to the deck and also has its own bar and dance floor. Renaissance Room: Renaissance Room is on the first level and has beautiful a view over the Hastings River. It has it own bar and can accommodate up to 90 guests for a sit down dinner. Rushcutter Room: Recently refurbished and can be made into two separate rooms. Dinners for up 200 can be accommodated on long tables or 140 on round or square tables. The Auditorium: This is the room for that larger event where dinner seating for up 700 on long tables or 500 on round or square is available. Clubs or groups associated with the National Touch League would not be charged a room hire fee to use our rooms. All rooms come complete set up and food & beverage service staff.

Standard Terms & Conditions Event Confirmation, Deposit and Cancellation Deposit: (a) Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of the requested deposit, within 10 full working days after making a tentative booking. (b) If your deposit is not received within 10 full working days, your booking will be released for resale. (c) By payment of your deposit you have agreed to these terms and conditions. Cancellation: (a) If 30 days or more written notice is received, some or all of the booking requirements may be cancelled and deposit refunded. (b) If less than 30 days written notice is given the deposit will be forfeited (c) For bookings between 5pm and 12 midnight Friday to Saturday, 2 months written notice must be given of cancellation for deposit to be refunded. Venue Allocation (a) Banquet venues are allocated for a 5 hour period Monday to Saturday, and 4 hour period Sundays and public holidays. A 15% surcharge applies to catering on a Sunday, and 35% on Public Holidays (b) (c) (d) Clients must vacate the venue within 15 minutes of the allocated finishing time. Meeting venues are allocated as follows: Day use - 8.00am to 5.00pm. Evening use - 6.00pm to 11.00pm. We reserve the right to re-allocate function rooms and spaces due to circumstances beyond our control. If final numbers change significantly from those advised, we may substitute a more appropriate room of our choice If an event continues after the designated finishing time labour charges will apply. The charge is $75.00 per hour or part thereof ($200.00 per hour in the Auditorium or part thereof) Guaranteed Minimum Catering Numbers Guaranteed minimum numbers for catering are required by 10am, three full working days prior to the first day of the event. Minimum charges will be based on these numbers. All prices are inclusive of GST.

(b) Changes to menu and wine selection will only be accepted 10 full working days in advance. (c) For changes outside these guidelines the client will be required to pay for any costs that Panthers Port Macquarie have incurred in pre-ordering food. (d) If the numbers increase within 3 full working days of the event, Panthers Port Macquarie cannot guarantee the same menu and wine selection will be served to additional attendees. (e) No food or beverage may be brought onto Panthers Port Macquarie premises. Banquet Functions (a) A minimum of 35 adult guests is required to book a private function. (b) Food Payment - Full payment for the function is required within three full working days, of the function. However, the account may be paid in advance by instalments. (c) Beverage Payment - Full payment for beverage is required at the conclusion of the event. (d) Entertainment booked by the client - Full descriptions of all entertainment must be made available to Panthers, prior to that entertainment commencing. reserves the right to cancel or amend any entertainment it deems to be dangerous or offensive to members, guests, or staff. Set-up is required to be completed one hour prior to the commencement of the function. Variation (a) Prices are subject to change based on prevailing market conditions. (b) To avoid price increases, Panthers Port Macquarie reserves the right to substitute a suitable alternate food item. (c) While every effort is made to accurately describe facilities and offerings at Panthers, some variation may occur. Insurance (a) Panthers Port Macquarie accepts no responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise, for any property left on the premises. (b) The responsibility of arranging insurance lies with the function organiser. Damage (a) Clients are financially responsible for any damage sustained to Panthers Port Macquarie property, or equipment hired on behalf of the client during the function. (b) Damage to function rooms can be prevented when arranging displays and equipment, by working with our staff. (c) Display material must not be nailed, stapled or glued to any part of the building or venues. (d) Please consult the Event Co-ordinator regarding any display requirements.
Standard Terms & Conditions Security (a) Any events where security is required will be at the clients cost. If Panthers Port Macquarie believes that a function will adversely affect the operations, security or reputation of our establishment, we reserve the right to cancel the function without liability. Panthers Port Macquarie Membership Under the Club Licensing Act it is required that our facilities are booked by a member of Panthers Port Macquarie or on behalf of a member attending the function. If there is not a member of the Club in your organisation please speak with your Panthers Port Macquarie Functions co-ordinator.
