Facility Fees. 10-30 Guests ~ $200 31-50 Guests ~ $250 51-75 Guests ~ $300 80-200 Guests or both rooms ~ $600 If both rooms are reserved a minimum of $2000 needs to be spent *** Wedding Receptions ~ One Room - $1000 ~ Both Rooms - $2000 *** The facility fee covers 4 hours of rental Tables, linens, chairs, plates, flatware and glasses Set up and break down of all tables, chairs and tableware Also includes access to the patio directly in front of the room - Room Deposit - $100 for Events under 75 people $600 for Wedding s, Tournaments and events over 75 people ** Deposits are Non Refundable and go toward the final bill **. Events @ Ciancio s. Billing and Booking. 1. A $100 Non-Refundable deposit is required to hold the event space and date 2. 10 days prior to the event - 3. Half the final bill is due for events over 50 people 4. The menu and attendance needs to be confirmed 5. If there are any changes to the attendance or menu after the 14 days, there will be an additional 25% charge 6. The headcount provided 14 days prior to the event will be the minimum number charged. 7. Final Payment is due on the day of the event. Additional charges may be added based on the number of guests, food and or beverage totals. 8. Prices are subject to change and non-negotiable until the contract has been signed 9. Cancelations / Reschedule 10. 10 to 30 days before the event no additional fee will be charged 11. Day of and up to 9 days before the event if canceled 25% of the final bill will need to be paid 12. If rescheduled an additional 25% charge will be added to the final bill 13. Tasting s are available after the deposit has been received, and are held once a month. 14. Ciancio s at Hyland Hills will provide all food and beverages. 15. No outside food or beverages may be brought into the facility, with the exception of Wedding cakes. We do understand there are special circumstances, please discuss with Event Manager.. 16. Additionally, the State of Colorado Health, Liquor and Insurance Regulations - prohibit any leftover food or beverage to be taken from the premises. 17. Smoking is prohibited in the building and patio, however we do provide designated smoking area. 18. Decorations are permitted with exception of confetti, glitter, rice and like products. Also no tapping or pinning anything to the ceiling or walls. A $300 charge will be applied for the offence. 19. No Pets 20. The guest assumes complete responsibility to reimburse Ciancio s for all damages to the venue including fixtures, walls and furnishing s. 21. Ciancio s management reserves the right to remove any guest from the premises 22. Ciancio s is not responsible for any items left behind, stolen, damaged or lost 23. Room occupancy is based on the room set up 24. Prior to the event starting the event contact and a lead staff member will review and sign the final contract including all notes/updates and room set up. 25.
