SkyPoint Observation Deck, located on Levels 77 and 78 of the iconic Q1 residential tower, is the Gold Coast s highest, most unique, conferencing and events venue. SkyPoint is conveniently situated by the beach, in Surfers Paradise, and provides spectacular 360 degree views of the regions famous coastline, the beachside city and the luscious green hinterland. LEVEL 2 SkyPoint Level 2 conference facilities include an executive boardroom, a grand ballroom that can convert into three smaller function rooms, an outdoor terrace and a pre-function lobby. The area features natural lighting and can cater for events up to 400 guests. LEVEL 77 SkyPoint Observation Deck, located on Level 77, is the perfect venue for pre-dinner cocktail and social functions or for exclusive use for large corporate events. It caters for up to 280 guests for a gala dinner and 380 guests for a cocktail function. LEVEL 78 The private function room on Level 78 of SkyPoint offers extensive views of the coastline and city and is available all year round for morning, day or night time functions. Featuring black out blinds for conferencing, the venue caters for up to 140 seated guests or up to 180 guests for a stand up function.
