All food and beverage prices are subject to a 25% taxable service charge and a 7.5 % state tax (subject to change without notice). If a social function is booked 30 days or less prior to event date, the payment of the full estimated charges is due at the signing of the contract. In the event the Hotel does not receive such prepayment, the Hotel shall have the option of releasing your space by providing you with written notice, and you will remain liable for any cancellation and other similar charges.
