Things to Know No food or beverage of any kind may be brought into the banquet rooms by the client or any of the guests or attendees, with the exception of the Wedding Cake. In addition, no remaining food or beverage can be removed from the premises. Service Charge & Tax All event charges are subject to the applicable service charge and sales tax. Decorations Notification is required for any special decorations, set-up needs, and activities at the time of booking. All centerpieces must conform to local fire code requirements. Deposits A non-refundable deposit with the signed Event Agreement is required to confirm the event reservation. Final Payments The estimated final guest count and final payment is required 14 days prior to the event. A credit card must be on retention and pre-authorized for any hosted bars or day of charges. Cancellations All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Damages The client agrees to be responsible for any damages to the premise caused by his/her attendees and any contracted vendors by the client.
