Norman L.Malone Senior Center Senior Sizzle Welcome back everyone! It has been a really long three months for us all. We forget how much we appreciate something until it is quite literally swept out from under our feet. The powers that be in the city were kind enough to keep us in a building. We were nomadic but had a roof over our head. We never missed a day of service. Thanks to all of you who faithfully followed us around the city. Let s get back into the swing of things and have fun! There is always a table of Mexican Train and Canasta plus we have loads of other games or bring your favorite. Don t miss our first game night of the summer! Week of 8/24-8/28 Tue, August 25, 10:00 am Color a T-shirt Day No, I haven t lost my mind (well, maybe a little). Bring a clean, wrinkle free, white t-shirt, your imagination and create a fun new shirt. Check out Graciela s and Angela s. We have pictures of birds, flowers and Victorian ladies for patterns. If you want something else, all you need is a line drawing. If you have one you want to use and don t know if it will work, bring it by and I will see what we can do. While we were away, we reverted to our childhood and started coloring. If you haven t colored since you were young, come try it out. Coloring is a great stress reliever. We have loads of pictures to chose from. Come anytime and beat the heat with a little relaxing Crayola time.
