The Rolling Kitchen Ingredients: 1 slice bread, torn into pieces 2 Tbsp milk 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/4 lb ground beef 1 green onion, thinly sliced 1/4 tsp seasoned salt 1/8 tsp pepper Meatloaf Mug Equipment: Microwave Directions: Do you have a trucker friendly recipe you d like to share in the next newsletter? Contact Olivia! 1. Place bread into small bowl, & pour in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside until bread absorbs the liquid. 2. Add the beef, onion, salt & pepper to bread mixture and mix well. 3. Transfer mixture into 10 oz microwave-safe mug & cook in microwave until meatloaf is firm and no longer pink (4-6 minutes). 4. Cinnabon Style Cinnamon Rolls Ingredients for rolls: 1/2 c. warm water 2 pkg. active dry yeast 1 Tbsp granulated sugar 1 3 1/2 oz. pkg instant vanilla pudding 2 c. milk 1/2 c. butter, melted 2 eggs, beaten 1 tsp salt 8 c. all-purpose flour 1/2 c. butter, melted 1+ c. sugar 1/4 + c. good quality cinnamon Ingredients for icing: 1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese 1/2 c. butter, softened 3 c. confectioners sugar 1 tsp vanilla 3 tsp milk
Cinnabon Style Cinnamon Rolls Directions: 1. In a small bowl, combine water, yeast, and sugar. Stir until dissolved. Set aside. 2. In large bowl, make pudding mix according to package directions. Add butter, eggs & salt; mix well. Add yeast mixture; blend. Gradually add flour and knead until smooth and elastic. 3. Place in very large greased bowl. Cover and let rise until double (about 1 hr.). Punch down and let rise again (45 min.). 4. On lightly floured surface, roll out to a 1/4 inch thick rectangle, 21 inches in its smaller dimension. Spread 1/2 cup melted butter over surface. Mix cinnamon & sugar together, and spread evenly over surface, leaving a 1-inch margin along one of the long edges. Roll up tightly, starting from a long side. Press together along the edge not covered with cinnamon sugar. 5. Slice at ~1 1/4 inch intervals. Place on greased baking pan, ~2 inches apart. Cover and let rise until doubled again. 6. Bake @ 350 F for 15-20 minutes. Remove as soon as they turn golden. Frost warm rolls with cream cheese icing. Recipe courtsey of Olivia House

Ray Idles A gentleman from Trucker Materials in Greenville, SC called to say that Ray Idles is the most professional and polite driver he's ever come across in his 17 years of dealing with truck drivers. He also said that Ray, after having to wait to get unloaded, made a bad day better.
