It s the perfect place to cater for any size of event. This space can cater to 150 people with a removable roof over the beer garden so we can cater to your function regardless of the weather. With a drop down 2m projector screen and 2 plasma screens available. Table Hire charges will apply The Restaurant Area Available for large or small as well as semi-private or private functions. With an extensive service area, ideally complimented by cocktail catering we can cater to your next function. This area is suitable for stand up functions for smaller numbers. Room Hire Charges will apply The Main Bar Area The main bar area of the hotel can cater for any size casual function. This area is perfect for a range of celebrations. Terms & Conditions Confirmation & Deposit Function bookings will only be confirmed once the confirmation form is signed and returned with credit card details. Your room hire charge will be taken as a deposit from the credit card details on the form. The deposit is non-refundable. Dress Code All patrons must dress neat, casual at all times. Management can refuse the right to entry to any patron not complying with these dress standards. Responsible Service of Alcohol Strawberry Hills Hotel reserves the right to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages to any patron that is considered to be intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner. Identification All patrons must provide current photographic identification on request to comply with the Liquor Act. Food & Beverage Policy Food & beverage of any kind will not be permitted to be brought into the venue by the client or any other person unless prior arrangements are made with the venue. Decorations Decorations are welcomed for your function. Due to our Heritage listing we cannot have decorations attached to our infrastructure. Damage Any damage to property is the financial responsibility of the function organiser. We accept no responsibility for the loss and damage of personal property. Payment Payment will be processed prior to your function; it can be made by EFTPOS, cash or by credit card. Payment by cheque will only be accepted with prior consent of the Functions Manager. Final Details All function requirements are to be confirmed 72 hours prior to the event. All information must be given including finalisation of guest numbers. Cancellation Policy Written notice to the Manager is required to cancel a function. All deposits are non-refundable. Any cancellations made 72 hours prior to the function will incur the full cost of the estimated food component of your function. Disclaimers Strawberry Hills Hotel operates under a Food Safety Programme; in the best interest for our customers, any food purchased on these premises is not permitted to leave the venue. Food Allergies; please be aware that all care is taken when catering for special requirements.
