We will also clear all of the plates and cutlery from your guests tables. 50 person minimum A %18 administration fee is added for full service. We will deliver and set up your buffet with chafing dishes so that all you need to do is enjoy the food! 35 person minimum A %18 administration fee is added for set up We will bring your order, hot and ready to go in disposable serving pans. All catering packages include: Plastic cutlery, paper plates, napkins and serving utensils. Upgrades are available for an addition cost. Disposable chafing dishes available for purchase @ $20 per. We are more than happy to make changes to your menu with at least 48 hours notice. Deposit required to secure booking is %25 of estimated total. This is non-refundable but in case of cancellation may be used as credit for a future event. All events must be paid for prior to delivery or at time of pick up unless arrangements are made with catering director. Confirming your order is important to making the event a success. Numbers and menus must be confirmed 48 hours prior to event. Unconfirmed orders cannot be guaranteed. We will not accept changes through voicemail. Prices are subject to change due to increase in product market prices and will be confirmed not earlier than 60 days prior to function date.
