CEREMONY Beautiful indoor space is available to accommodate every wish and family tradition for your ceremony. Complimentary rehearsal space will be offered upon request and based on availability. The price per person charged by the hotel is $40.00 per guest, plus 9% sales tax and 25% service charge. Price does not include food selections from outside caterer. POLICIES & ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Outside Catering Policy The family will contract and pay the Indian caterer directly. We can provide a list of suggested vendors upon request. Hotel must approve all outside caterers at least six months in advance of your wedding. The caterers will have access to kitchen equipment to keep the food hot or cold within three hours of service time. The outside caterer must provide a valid Indiana or state Health Department certificate and a certificate of insurance valued at $1,000,000. The outside catering policy and indemnification must be signed and completed once caterer has been agreed upon. Service Charge and Sales Tax A taxable 25% service charge and 9% Indiana food and beverage tax are added to all food and beverage pricing. Sales tax for room rental and audio visual is 7%. Hospitality/Green Rooms We understand that this special event is a time for you to gather with friends and family that you don t often spend time with. Based on availability, hotel may offer guest room suites or meeting space to be utilized as a hospitality room. Pricing will depend on requested services. Welcome Bag Deliveries If you choose to provide a welcome gift bag for your overnight guests, our team will assist with distribution for a cost of $5.00 per bag for personalized bags and $3.00 for non-personalized bags. Parking The JW Marriott underground parking garage has 950 parking spaces and the Indianapolis Marriott Downtown offers 250 parking spaces. Valet parking and selfparking options will be available at both properties for a charge ranging from $22- $49 per day, depending on length of stay. Both hotels also connect to the Indiana Government Center Garage via a skywalk. This garage, with over 900 parking spaces, is available to the public after 5:00 PM on weekdays and continuously from 5:00 PM Friday through Midnight on Sunday ranging from $15-$25 per day. Osteria Pronto, a 236 seat restaurant located on the lobby level of the JW Marriott hotel in Indianapolis, Indiana, serves authentic regional Italian Cuisine in a casual and comfortable environment with an approachable price point. From the open kitchen, the culinary team prepares Osteria s menu from scratch with local products and fresh ingredients. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served a la carte seven days a week while private dining rooms offer group dining experiences for 14 to 100 guests.
