SHKP Executive Director Adam Kwok and Breakthrough General Secretary Joyce Man welcomed the 26 apprentices to a series of life planning and personal development courses leading to 10-week apprenticeships under the guidance of SHKP mentors as they tackle different workplace challenges. The Modern Apprenticeship Programme has helped about 300 young people with uncertain academic futures, and this year s crop of 26 will get training in construction, property management, hospitality or project monitoring in respective SHKP construction, property management and hotel subsidiaries or Noah s Ark.
