Our award-winning restaurant Upstairs at Hollick provides exceptional service and outstanding food to ensure you have a wonderful day to remember. Up to seventy guests can enjoy breathtaking views from the restaurant whilst indulging in modern Australian cuisine that emphasises quality Limestone Coast produce, and complements our renowned Hollick wines. Whether it s a special day for yourself and your partner, organising a conference with lunch and dinner options or wanting someone else to make a magical occasion for you, our team Upstairs at Hollick can help you with every part of the day. Weddings We will work with you from the beginning to the end to help you create a magical day that you and your guests will remember for a lifetime. Our primary focus is to custom make a day specifically just for you. Exclusive, private weddings are available, venue numbers are limited to a maximum of 60 people. Boardroom This room is located upstairs overlooking the vines of Hollick Estates. It can be set up to your personal work requirements with presentation equipment etc. It can also be converted into a private dining room. Boardroom set up maximum 10 guests Dinner set up 10 guests Room and equipment hire available on application. Barrel Cellar The Barrel Cellar is the heart of Hollick Estates and can cater for up to 200pax standing and 100pax seated. Perfect for that special day or if you are looking to host a product launch with a difference this is the place you want to be. Please note, the packages are flexible and can be adapted to suit your preferences or dietary requirements and may incur an additional fee. Mineral Water is not included and will be charged on consumption. Please Note: Confirmation of Drinks Packages must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to the function. Your drinks package runs for 5 hours. Extra hours can be added at an additional fee.

Terms & Conditions Final Numbers Confirmation of numbers is required by 5pm seven days prior to the wedding. The number of guests given at this point will represent the minimum number of guests for which you will be charged. Payment All meals are to be paid for at the time of confirmation of numbers. Drinks will be billed at the time of the function and can be paid at the time or invoiced by prior arrangement. Menu Your menu must be finalised 10 days prior to the function. Any dietary requirements must be specified. We reserve the right to make changes to the menu due to the availability and quality of goods. Hours Our Restaurant hours are Lunch: Wed Sun 12.oo 2.30pm Dinner: Sat 6.30 8.30pm Annual closure days are Christmas Day, Boxing Day, Good Friday and Easter Monday Out of hours functions can be organised on request, and can ensure exclusive use of the restaurant. Day time functions finish at 4.00pm. Night time functions finish at Midnight and guests must be off the premises by 12.30am due to licence restrictions. Private Functions We require a minimum of 50 guests to ensure exclusive use of the Restaurant on occasions when the Restaurant would normally be open to the general public. You will be able to bring your own music to play on the house system or organise entertainment. Notification of any organised entertainment or presentations is required. Presents & Other Valuables These can be received on the day/night. All valuables remaining on the premise will be left at your own risk. Additional Charges Any excessive cleaning required by our staff, or damage caused by your guests, shall result in the additional charge of $300.00. We do not permit confetti, table scatters or other similar decorations. Responsible Service of Alcohol Hollick Wines and Upstairs at Hollick support the Responsible service of Alcohol. Our staff have the right to refuse service, or to remove intoxicated guests. Due to licencing laws, no other alcoholic beverages are allowed to be brought onto the premise.

Hollick Experiences Whether you are looking for something fun for your friends and family to do or you would like to do something just a little bit out of the ordinary with your conference team. Try our Hollick Estates experiences, a fun and easy way of getting to know both Hollick Estates and their range of wines a little better. For all our experiences, we require advance bookings to ensure we have adequate staff available to create that special event for you. May not be available during vintage (February March) or on the weekends. Exclusive Tour / Tasting / Degustation Lunch $120 per person Take a private tour behind the scenes of Hollick Estates and learn about what has made this a Jimmy Watson award winning winery. Enjoy a private tasting in our Boardroom overlooking our vineyards, complimented with a Chef s Board. After the private tasting join us Upstairs at Hollick for a degustation lunch paired with our Hollick Estates wines. Sit back and relax whilst enjoying the panoramic views from our Restaurant windows. Prior to arrival please inform us of any dietary requirements. Take the time to see what goes on behind the brand and how we bring our award-winning wines to life. Finish the tour with a tutored tasting of a selection of our wines in Cellar Door Tutored Tastings in the Hollick Cottage approximately 1 hour Ever wondered why wine drinkers swirl their glass or hold it to the light yes there is a useful reason! $20 per person Join us in the Hollick Estates cottage whilst we take you on a short journey through the history of the Coonawarra Wine Region and why it is such an important wine region in Australia. Learn about the history of Hollick Estates wines whilst learning about smelling and tasting wines. Compare an older vintage with a younger one so you can experience and learn the reason behind why we cellar our wines.
