TERMS & CONDITIONS PAGE 5 2018 Partial & full service catering - staffing charges apply Drop off catering - delivering, pick up & equipment rental cost apply Food Truck Catering minimum of $2,000 Full Service Catering minimum of $1,500 Drop Off Catering minimum fee of $500 The menu is served as buffet on disposable products Rentals available: catering equipment, china & SS cutlery can be rented for an additional cost Buffet line extended time is $150 per additional half hour Buffet service maximum is 2 hours as per AHS Heath regulations Child rate: 4-12 years old 75% of Menu price. Ages 0-3 eat free Mileage fee may apply A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation In the event of a cancellation for any reason by the client, the deposit paid is non-refundable. A cancellation must be received in writing from the client. A cancellation within 10 days of the function, the client will be invoices for costs incurred.
