Varietal aromas, the bouquet of magnolia and honey almond blossoms, with citrus white and tropical fruit, with some floral notes with hints from woodland reminds. It has produced using a cold maceration process, around 8ºC. Alcoholic Fermentation controlled in stainless steel vats. Style: White wine Presentation: Bordeaux bottle 750 ml. Packaging: 12 bottles/case Tasting notes: Luminous straw- yellow color with green- gold glints appear. Typical Verdejo grapes aromas such as tropical and ripe white fruit with hints from woodland. Antojo Dulce Grape variety: 100% Verdejo Ground composition: Clay soil Appellation of origin: Vino de la Tierra de Castilla y León Winemaking process and aging: late harvest (picking the ripest grape up) with alcoholic fermentation controlled in stainless steel vats. During the fermentation of must, when around 80 gr/l of residual sugar and 9º of alcohol is reached, we stop the process by cold and filtered of the wine. Style: Sweet white wine Presentation: Bordeaux bottle 750 ml. Packaging: 6 bottles/case Tasting notes: Luminous yellow color with varietals aromas, citrus and tropical fruits, such as pineapple. PEREGRINO ROSADO Variety: 100 % Prieto Picudo from our vineyards. Winemaking process: we use the age-old Madreo technique, which consists in adding to the fermentation vat a 10% of its total capacity of Prieto Picudo bunches. The intracellular fermentation that takes place within each grape berry gives the wine more color, more structure and very fine carbon dioxide bubbles. (Slightly sparkling wine) Style: Rosé wine Presentation: Bordeaux bottle 750 ml. Packaging: 12 bottles/case Tasting note: Brilliant and clean rosé wine. The color is red raspberry with the attractive blue-purple glints appear. On the nose appear the jellies bouquet, red licorice, strawberry yoghurt and red fruit like the strawberry, raspberry and cherry. In mouthfeel it is characterized by the persistent and its pleasant acidity, making it an agile wine. It`s freshness and inviting us to the tasting. Serving Temperature: 6 ºC

Ageing: 6 months in American and French oak barrels. Style: Red wine / young lightly-oaked wine Presentation: Bordeaux bottle 750 ml. Packaging: 12 bottles/case Tasting note: A deep crimson color with purple tonalities. The nose comprises aromas which are harmonious blend of ripe fruit and wood, toast and spices. Agreeable in the mouth with a good structure, soft tannins and a balanced acidity. Serving temperature 16 ºC
LA COSTANA Variety: 100% Prieto Picudo from our vineyards in our traditional Pago LA COSTANA. Winemaking process: Grapes are destemmed and then undergo controlled alcoholic in steel vat and malo-lactic fermentation in new oak barrels, to ageing later around 12 months in that oak barrels. Ageing: 12 months in American and French oak barrels; and 18 months in bottle. Style: Crianza Ageing red wine/ Medium-term ageing brand. Presentation: Burgundy bottle 750 ml. Packaging: 6 bottles/case Tasting note: black cherry color with purple glints. On the nose, there are figs aromas, flowers, sweet notes of chocolate and roasted coffee beans. It is full in the mouth with great structure and an elegant aftertaste. Serving temperature 16 ºC
PEREGRINO 14 Variety: 100 % Prieto Picudo from our vineyards. Winemaking process: Selective manual harvest. The juice makes the alcoholic fermentation in steel vat. We raise the temperature inside the vat to encourage the fermentation start and it is adjusted gradually to 27ºC. After the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is racked into new oak barrels to make the malolactic fermentation inside it. Ageing: 14 months in American, French and Hungarian oak barrels. Style: Crianza Ageing red wine/ limited release brand. Presentation: Bordeaux bottle 750 ml. Packaging: 6 bottles/case Tasting note: Intensive deep red color with purplish sheen. On The nose is an intense wine, with ripe fruits, wood and spices, such as cacao and toffee. Round, long and persistent, with soft tannins. Serving temperature: 16 ºC 18ºC

After the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is racked into new oak barrels to make the malo-lactic fermentation inside it. Ageing: 15 months in French oak barrels. Style: Ageing red wine/ limited release brand. Presentation: Bordeaux bottle 750 ml. Packaging: 6 bottles/case Tasting note: dark red cherry color, with attractive blue-purple glints appear. On the nose it is power and elegant. Firstly, we find hints ripe fruit such as plum combined with wood, spice aromas (laurel and tobacco), chocolates and roasted coffee beans. After the pressing, the juice is kept to new French oak barrels to carry out the alcoholic fermentation and ageing with fine lees for 6 months up to its bottling. Its aroma is intensive and powerful, with complexity that it is derivate of winemaking into the new French oak barrels. On the nose, there is citrus fruit, white fruit such as melon and flowers. Packaging: 6 bottles/case Tasting note: The color is red raspberry with the attractive blue-purple glints appear. On the nose appears very sweet bouquet like the candy, red fruit predominating such as strawberry, pomegranate and notes flowers (violets). In the background appear fruits like red mulberry. Medium aromatic intensity on the nose, we can find fruity aromas as peach skin and florals with reminds of rose water perfume.
