This classic cocktail variation consists of KWV 10 year old brandy and rooibos syrup topped with Méthode Cap Classique. DE WETSHOF FINESSE - Robertson 100 300 Strong citrus flavours with pronounced nuttiness and a clean finish. HAMILTON RUSSELL FAMILY VINEYARDS - Hermanus / Walker Bay - 800 Unusually prominent pear and lime fruit aromas and flavours. Tight natural acid and a long, dry minerality. WINE Rosé Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot GROOT CONSTANTIA BLANC DE NOIR - Constantia 80 240 Ripe summer fruit like pear and peach on the nose follows onto the palate with gentle acidity (60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon). QUANDO MOURVÈDRE ROSÉ - Robertson 60 180 Red berries and cassis follow through with juicy fruitiness and bright acidity. EIKENDAL - Stellenbosch 140 420 Ripe red and black fruit with a hint of tobacco and spice. Fully integrated with wood but still elegant. STARK CONDÉ - Stellenbosch 150 445 Mulled black currant, roasted fig and singed mesquite notes. Spice and tobacco with well-buried acidity on the finish. Pale gold in colour, full-bodied and oak-aged, it bursts with zesty hop characters resulting in a rounded beer with delicate floral notes and zesty freshness.
