CAVIAR MENU Served between 11:30am and 10:30pm PLATINUM STURGEON Platinum Sturgeon Caviar has an intense flavour, often with long hazelnut notes and a colour ranging from dark grey to ebony. 30g 145 50g 260 Vodka Pairing: Beluga Noble 16 per 50ml ROYAL BELGIAN OSCIETRA Oscietra produces its eggs after 8 years. It has a nutty, mellow taste, which develops into a buttery sweetness similar to lobster, and a golden brown to slate colour. Historically the egg is smaller than Beluga Caviar, but with increased farming, the egg size can sometimes be almost as large as its mighty cousin Beluga. 30g 180 50g 300 Vodka Pairing: Stolichnaya Elit 18 per 50ml BELUGA Beluga is considered as the King of Caviar, Beluga is rare because it takes 12 years to produce its eggs. Judged by many to be one of the first drinks to combine Vermouth with spirits, we are proud to offer you our interpretation. Woodford Reserve Bourbon, Martini Sweet Vermouth, With a dash of Barrel Aged Bourbon macerated with Orange and Vanilla BARREL AGED MARTINEZ First appearing in H. O. Byron s 1884 The Modern Bartender, where it is listed as a variation of the Manhattan, The Martinez is considered by many to be the great grandfather of the Martini cocktail. Bombay Sapphire Gin, Carpano Antica Formula, Maraschino Cherry Liquor and Boker s Bitters BOSSA NOVA Our take on the Bossa Nova style of Brazilian music, developed and popularized during the 1950s and '60s, this fruity drink delivers all the excitement of South American rhythm in a glass. Havana Club 3 Years Old, Pineapple Juice, Peach Liqueur, Galliano Liqueur, Lemon Juice and Egg White SILVER BULLET The original recipe for this classic cocktail made its debut in the infamous Savoy Cocktail Book in the early 1930s. Here it appears with a Ritz twist, adding some herbaceous notes of fennel and juniper. Gold Infused Absolut Elyx Vodka, Grand Marnier and Peach Liquor, finished with Champagne A JAPANESE GARDEN Taking inspiration from the Japanese garden of London s Royal Regents Park, this cocktail combines the subtle flavours of elderflower with the complexities found in Sake and Bombay Sapphire Gin, to create the perfect yin and yang harmony. Bombay Sapphire Gin, Sake, Ginger Wine, Elderflower Liqueur, Sugar Syrup, Lime Flavour Drops and Champagne MARIE ANTOINETTE Married to Louis XVI, whose style inspired the décor of The Ritz, Marie Antoinette was a strong Queen known for her lavish lifestyle. This cocktail pays tribute to this famous combination of power and elegance. VINTAGE RITZ COCKTAILS Since its opening in 1906 The Ritz London has housed some of the most prestigious wines, unique Champagne and exclusive spirits. Here we honour our labyrinthine cellars by composing a cocktail list that incorporates forgotten spirits from the 1950s to 1980s and some of the unusual, rare spirits from around the world. NEGRONI ~ 90 ~ It was Count Negroni who first decided to throw an extra measure of Gin into his Milano-Torino (Americano), dissatisfied as he was with its lack of backbone. Here we pay homage to the Count by offering this unique take on an Italian staple. 1950 s Gordon s Gin, 1950 s Campari Bitters, 1950 s Martini and Rossi Red Vermouth EL PRESIDENTE ~ 350 ~ It is the aristocrat of cocktails and is created in honour of President Gerardo Machado, this prohibition cocktail receives its presidential robes with the inclusion of 1910 Bacardi Pre Revolution. 1980 Bacardi Pre Revolution, 1950 s Carpano Antica Formula, 1960 s Grand Marnier Liqueur RUSTY NAIL ~ 100 ~ A prohibition classic, though it was originally called the B.I.F. in 1937, this cocktail s emergence was facilitated by Drambuie s continued efforts to export to America despite prohibition-one of these means was dropping cases of spirits off ships passing the coast of America. Glenmorangie 25 Years Old, 1960 s Drambuie, Lemon Zest VIEUX CARRE ~ 95 ~ Invented in 1939 at New Orleans Hotel Monteleone by Walter Bergeron, the head bartender.
