Since its inception in the second quarter of 2016, Copper Dog has extended its traditional Scottish hospitality and heritage to Dubai s fun filled shores, giving guests a real and authentic taste of Scotland s northern valleys. The restaurant and bar, originating from Craigellachie Hotel in Speyside, extends a home-from-home feel for those seeking solace in the bustling city of Dubai. Open daily from 12.00noon till 2.00am, guests can expect an extensive menu consisting of carefully curated dishes including favorites from the northern valley with Mains being dishes such as a Traditional Roast with all the trimmings, Steak and Ale Pie, Fish & Chips with crushed Peas and Tartar sauce and not forgetting Craigellachie s signature dish; The Full Scottish Breakfast, which will be served every Friday from 10.00am until 5.00pm. Additional strings to the bow include; live music as well as a ladies night every Tuesday and a Friday & Saturday brunch.
