Please join us on Thursday, September 18th on a walking tour of the backstage happenings at all 3 theaters at OSF! After the tour, we will be having lunch by the creek at Louie s on the Plaza. The cost of the trip is $10 and will include admission to the backstage tour. Please bring $$ for lunch at Louie s. Space is limited, so sign up in the office to reserve your spot. Payment is due at the time of reservation. Transportation is being provided by the Senior Center, and we will leave at 9:30 and return at approximately 1:15 pm. New Somatics Class Fridays 9-10:30 9 Enjoy lunch with friends while listening to the musical stylings of keyboardist, Joe Acosta on Monday, September 15th at. Somatics is a gentle, safe way to end chronic pain, relieve stress, and restore freedom of movement. It is mind-body training that goes directly to the root cause of most chronic muscular pain. By learning to regain both awareness, sensation, and motor control of the muscle process through movement, the brain can remember how to relax and move the muscles properly. Instructor Victor Novick will lead this four week series, beginning Friday, September 5th, from 9-10:30 am. The classes are being offered at no charge. Please dress in comfortable clothing and bring a mat. Pre-registration is not required. New Cribbage Club! Come and join us at 1:00 on Tuesdays for our new Cribbage Club!
