The Wine Committee Presents The PINOT NOIR Wine Dinner Friday, April 21 7:00 p.m. As a committee we re tasked with creating fun and exciting wine dinners for our members to enjoy. This particular dinner will focus on the delicate and rousing grape, Pinot Noir. As you may or may not know, Pinot is grown in many regions of the world; it can be fruity and mild to bold and tannic, sometimes even perfumed and bubbly. Chef Manuel has used these diverse characteristics to put together a fabulous menu that I know you will enjoy. Although the same varietal with every course, Chef will leave you wondering how each pairing can be so different. On behalf of myself and the Wine Committee, I hope to see each and every one of you at the upcoming Pinot Noir dinner.
