Vouchers & 2018 Cooking Classes We have set a new programme of classes for 2018. The classes range from Kitchen Essentials such as Pasta, Bread, Pies & Pastry, Pickling & Preserving, Stocks & Soups to Pork Pies & Cornish Pasties, Sausage Making, Pates & Terrines and Preserved & Cured Meats the classes are based on traditional methods and teach real skills and techniques. These classes make a wonderful gift and they suit all skill levels. Class sizes are kept small to ensure all participants get the most out of the experience. Special Christmas Items The Great Christmas Pie This beautiful, delicious pie is based on a classic English hand raised Pye that was created just for special occasions. Our Great Christmas Pie is made with pork and game, nuts, festive spices and a port wine jelly It is served cold from the table as an eye catching centrepiece. This is also a wonderful Boxing Day gift. Salt Kitchen Ham Generosity is the essence of Christmas. Here are some beautiful items you can share with your loved ones this festive season.
