MINIBLOCK BOTTLING For the rinsing, the isobaric fi lling and the corking of glass round bottles. With the MINIBLOCK 551 it is possible to fi ll still and sparkling products like: wine, beer, water, soft drinks. Load and unloading of the bottles on the same side of the machine through a platform. Linear rinser with 5 pneumatic pincers. The bottles are withdrawn by pneumatic pincers, thanks to a pneumatic device they are turned upside down and placed in correspondence to the injection nozzles for the rinsing with water. Crown cork turret with vibration hopper and stainless steel chute, rapid change format from D.26 to D.29 The MINIBLOCK 551 is realized also for the natural cork and for screw caps. It fi lls at high pressure and it is equipped with special devices to avoid foams. It is possible to fi ll glass bottles from 200 cc up to 2 litres and PET bottles with the apposite optionals. The operations of loading and unloading of the bottles are manually performed by the operator, while all the fi lling phases are automatic. The machine con be equipped with pre-evacuation plant, that allows to remove the air from the bottles before the fi lling, particularly recommended for products that can suffer alterations due to the oxidation or to the possible presence of polluting agents in the air contained in the bottles to fi l. MANUAL ISOBARIC FILLING MACHINE Suitable for the fi lling of: sparkling wine, beer, soft drinks and sparkling water in any type of glass bottles or PET bottles. The lifting of the bottles is obtained through levers manually commanded. Bench structure. The machine is made with all the parts in contact with the product in AISI 304 Stainless Steel.
