MASTRO S OCEAN CLUB FISH HOUSE ARRANGEMENTS AND FUNCTION SERVICES ACCOMMODATIONS Appointments to view our facilities can be made by contacting our event coordinator Beth Miranda Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. at 949-376-6990. Certain restrictions apply for exclusive use of our private dining rooms such as time and food & beverage minimum revenue guarantees. Please refer to the attached information for additional details and discuss your requirements with our catering department to determine the exact minimum revenue guarantee required for your time allotment. SPECIAL SERVICES Our experienced catering staff is available to assist you with menu planning and other arrangements to ensure a successful event. We can also assist you with cakes for special occasions, floral arrangements, ice carvings, decorations, theme parties and your audio/visual needs. MENU SELECTIONS Our menus are for your convenience. Menu prices are subject to change, however, pricing will be guaranteed for any event with a signed contract. Our staff will be happy to plan a personalized menu with you in order to meet your specific needs. We will also make every effort to accommodate your special dietary requests (i.e. vegetarians, diabetic, or any food allergy). Choice of menu selections are required four (4) weeks prior to your function. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES Alcoholic beverages are sold in all banquet rooms on a per drink basis. Cash and hosted bar arrangements are available. Our wine list is available for your consideration. Wine selections are required four (4) weeks prior to your function to ensure your preference. Arizona State law prohibits the consumption of any alcohol on premises not purchased through the restaurant. GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT A final guarantee guest count is required 72 hours prior to your function. Charges will be based on 100% of the final guarantee guest count. If no final guest count is received, we will consider the number indicated at the original booking date as your final guarantee count. GRATUITIES AND SALES TAX 7.75% Sales Tax, 17% Gratuity and 4% Service Charge will be added to the final bill. PRICES Prices are subject to change; however, prices are guaranteed on all confirmed functions booked 60 days prior to the date of the price change. DECORATIONS, SIGNAGE AND RULES Our staff will be happy to assist you with the placement of your decorations and signage two hours prior to your event. To avoid damage to furnishings and equipment, signs and decorations may not be attached to walls or tables with staples, nails, tacks, tape or any type of adhesive. We also request that no confetti be used. DEPOSITS AND FINAL PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit of 50% is necessary to reserve the space. Payment can be made with any major credit card, check or cash.
