EVERTON PARK Terms & Conditions Thank you for your interest in holding your function at Everton Park Hotel. Please take the time to read the terms & conditions carefully in relation to booking a function with us. Confirmation & Deposit: Your function is considered confirmed upon receipt of the signed terms & conditions accompanied by the payment of the requested room hire deposit. Tentative bookings will be held for a maximum of a 7 day period, after which Everton Park management reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed bookings & allocate the space to another client. Final payment: Payment in full of all fixed costs is required no later than 14 days prior to the event date. Cash or credit card is accepted. Any extras or incidentals incurred during the function must be paid for in full on completion to the function. All pre approved account client payments are required in full no later than 7 days after the event. Function Room: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (including weather) or any alterations to numbers, management reserves the right to change the function to another suitable area & or room. Every effort will be made to inform the organiser in advance. Function Times: The client must begin the function & vacate the designated area at the scheduled times agreed upon. In the event that the function should go beyond the agreed time, management reserves the right to impose an additional charge for each hour or part thereof. Final details: All final details, menu, beverages, entertainment, audio visual, room set ups, start & finish times must be confirmed 14 days prior to the function by the client. Guaranteed number of guests attending the function is also required 14 days prior to the function date. Changes will be based on the advised minimum numbers or the final head count, whichever is greater. Advice should be given at this time if any special needs & or requirements are needed by your guests. Bookings of other functions: Management reserves the right to book other functions in the same function room up to one hour before the scheduled function commencement time & one hour after the scheduled finishing time. Food & Beverage: No Food and or beverage may be bought onto the premises for consumption before, during and after the function. All food & Beverage prices & Menu selections are subject to change without notice. Decorations, displays & signage: To avoid damage no items are to be attached, pinned, glued to the walls of any function area or room. Security: It is a requirement by law that any event over 50 guests including 21 st Birthdays will require security for the duration of the event and will be at the clients expense. We do not hold 18 th birthday parties at the Everton Park Hotel.
EVERTON PARK Damage: The client is responsible for any damages caused to any part of the function area/ room or the Everton Park Hotel as a result of the function. This responsibility extends to damage resulting from the actions of their guests, contractors or any person associated to the function. Parents and or guardians must be in attendance for the full duration of all 21 st birthday celebrations, thus accepting responsibility for any damage which occurs during this time. Insurance: Whilst all care will be taken, the Everton Park Hotel will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any items belonging to them, their guests or their contractors left on the Hotel premises prior to, during or after the function. Advertising: Prior permission is required to use the Everton Park Hotel name and or logo in print and or audiovisual display. Management must approve all proposed art work prior to publication. Noise restrictions: As the Everton Park Hotel is positioned within a residential area, noise restrictions do apply. Management reserve the right to control the music level in accordance to these restrictions. Minors: As the function rooms are located within licensed premises, a responsible adult (defined as the minors parent or legal guardian) must accompany minors at all times. At no time are minors aloud to consume alcoholic drinks. Hours of operation: The Everton Park Hotel function rooms are licensed until midnight Monday to Sunday. Drinks service will cease 30 minutes prior an all patrons are to vacate the premises by midnight. Cancellations: In the event that you find it necessary to cancel your event the following policy will apply: a) If cancellation is made by you more than 4 weeks prior to your function date the deposit will be refunded less any expenses incurred by the Everton Park Hotel in relation to your function; b) if cancellation is made by you within 2 weeks of the booking date the Everton Park Hotel will retain the full deposit; c) if cancellation is made by you less than 1 week prior to the booking date, any and all payments made will be retained by the Everton Park Hotel. Please note that any cancellation charges applicable for third party items hired on your behalf shall be your responsibility.
