From Thursday 21st December to Friday 29th December we are happy to offer an advanced booking rate of 59 per room per night, inclusive of Breakfast, based on a Contempo Double for two guests, upgrades are available at extra cost. OSCAR S AT CHRISTMAS Oscar s festive offering begins on Monday 27th November with an amazing value lunch menu. Starting from 1 course at just 10, 2 courses for 15 and 3 courses for 20, booking is highly recommended! Come and join us Monday Saturday from 12 2.30pm. All throughout December Oscar s will be offering a sumptuous Sunday lunch service with all of your festive favourites! Oscar s Party nights will be hosted every Friday and Saturday throughout December with a live singer and disco each evening. If you prefer your party nights with a little less noise and a bit more formality, Oscar s is the place for you this Christmas! TERMS AND COND I T IONS INFORMATION FOR BOOKING A. All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable and cannot be used for any other goods or services. B. The final payment is due by 16th November, as specified in the booking acknowledgement. Non-payment may result in your booking being cancelled. C. Any adjustments must be confirmed in writing and subject to the approval by the venue. D. Additional places are subject to availability. E. Food pre-orders must be returned by 21st November. Any dietary requirements must also be stated so that alternative dishes can be prepared. F. Where children s prices are stated, children must be under 12. Children over 12 will be charged as per the adult price. CANCELLATION BY THE VENUE A. In the event that the venue has to cancel any event or package, an alternative date or venue will be offered or a full refund given. B. The venue reserves the right to alter any content, menus or prices in the brochure should circumstances demand. TABLE & SEATING PLANS FOR ALL EVENTS A. Our tables seat 10s/12s. Parties may be combined with others to make up a complete table. B. Tables will be indicated by party name on the night. C. Christmas events take place in the Great Hall, Cavendish Suite and Oscar s. D. Management reserves the right to move your party to another suitable room within the Hotel if deemed necessary. E. Party Nights will take place once we have reached minimum numbers. If minimum numbers are not reached, the night will continue to take place without a DJ. Festive music will be provided through our in-house sound system. F. We cannot guarantee specific tables for any event
