December is snow joke so we thought it was the right time to heat things up with this classic Winter flavour but also share a few new and unexpected ways to use it The Classics: It s best to get back to basics sometimes. Just 2 pumps of Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup can transform a hot chocolate or latte into a delicious treat to warm the coldest of fingers. Cinnamon Hot Chocolate - 2 pumps Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup - 1 scoop Zuma Original Hot Chocolate Combine syrup and hot chocolate in a cup with a splash of hot water. Cinnamon Bun Latte - 1 pump Sweetbird French Vanilla Syrup Add syrups and espresso to a cup. Stir together then top with steamed milk. Serve straight away, like it s fresh from the oven. Spiced Caramel Latte - 1 pump Sweetbird Caramel Syrup - Zuma Caramel Sauce Add syrups and freshly pulled double espresso into cup and top with steamed milk. Spiced Apple Steamer - 1 pump Sweetbird Cinnamon Syrup 1 pump Sweetbird Toffee Apple Syrup Steamed milk Ground cinnamon Add the cinnamon and toffee apple syrup to your cup. Stir together then top with steamed milk. Finish with a dusting of cinnamon. So simple, but oh so effective. Top tips: Adding whipped cream is an obvious choice when adding value to your drinks. But have you tried adding some flavour to your cream? Add 10 pumps of cinnamon syrup to a 1ltr whipper for a subtle cinnamon flavour on any Winter drink.
