Catering services Disabled persons Our site is only partly adapted for disabled persons and/or people in wheelchairs. For security and accessibility reasons, the bottling room is not accessible to disabled persons. If the group contains one or several wheelchairs, please let us know so that we can organize a tour for the disabled persons.
INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP TOUR Reservations - No required reservation and no visitor quota but only in French: every Saturday at 3 p.m. Our tavern Trolls&Bush, next to the brewery, welcomes you for a lunch (from 11 a.m) - Upon reservation made at least 2 weeks before and during office hours : Phone : + (32) 69 672222 (Hedwige Viste) Fax : + (32) 69 661727 mail : h.viste@dubuisson.com. - Departure from Tuesday till Friday from 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. On Saturdays at 10.30 a.m - Groups of a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 50 people. (Groups<15 pers: fixed price of 100 ) - Only adults or young people aged 16 or more. Children with their parents are welcome. - All reservations must be confirmed by the Dubuisson Brewery. - The mobile telephone number of the group leader must be given. The Standard Visit (duration: about 2 hours - tasting included) is composed of: - A welcome by our guide at the tavern Trolls&Bush next to the brewery - A film over the Brasserie - A visit of the cellars and the unit of maturing in oak casks - The production of Bush Prestige, Bush de Nuits and Bush de Charmes - Brewery tour: brewing room, fermenting room, filling room, hop field - Back to the reception area for a beer tasting with commentary featuring an array of our beers: - 12.5 cl of Cuvée des Trolls 7% - 12.5 cl of Bush Blonde 10.5% - 12.5 cl of Bush Ambrée 12% or 12.5 cl of Pêche Mel Bush 8.5 % NOTE: we do not serve other drinks (alcoholic or non-alcoholic) as a replacement of our beer-tasting. Rates 2017 Standard tour (upon reservation, or without reservation on Saturdays): - 7.00 per person - Children up to 12 years: free visit, drinks paid by parents Important notice for Group tours The bookings will only be confirmed after a deposit payment of 100.00 to be made at least 4 working days before the visit. - The deposit must be paid on the Dubuisson Brewery account : IBAN BE02 3750 0580 6440 BIC BBRUBEBB - Mentioning: Deposit Brewery visit + name of group + date and hour. Groups must be on time for their scheduled tour. In case of late arrival, the tour may be cancelled and the deposit forfeited!!! The Brewery reserves the right in case of a late arrival of more than 30 minutes to charge 1.00 more per person. It is forbidden to picnic on our premises
THE BREWERY DISCOVERY TABLE This special tour is dedicated to families and very small groups of 10 people maximum. Over 10 people, please choose one of the group tours. The Brewery Discovery Table enables you to discover the Dubuisson Brewery, its history, values, universe and products in a very pleasant and easy-going way, without visiting the brewery itself. Reservations - Reservations are not required, but yet strongly recommended. COMBINED TOURS PACKAGES Western Hainaut is a region rich in wonders to discover (City of Tournai, Château de Beloeil, Pari Daiza etc ). The tour of the Dubuisson brewery can thus be an ideal regional plus for the more cultural visits. Our brewery has developed tour packages with two other neighbouring tourist sites at interesting prices enabling you to combine for a pleasant day the brewery tour and one of those three unique tours. 1. MEETINGS AND SEMINARS The Dubuisson Brewery offers you the possibility of organizing your meetings and seminars at the Trolls & Bush, the Dubuisson Brewery s Visitor Center, and to take a break by visiting the brewery. TROLLS & BUSH : Reception hall Rates and Terms Availability Equipment Rental rates 2017 - From Tuesday till Friday - From 10.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. - Only upon reservations made 15 days prior - Room with a capacity of 120 people - PC and DVD compatible video projector - Flip chart - Cordless microphone - Internet access - Further material upon request to be invoiced separately. - ½ day : 200,00 - Complete day : 300,00 Important notice for Meetings and seminars The bookings will only be confirmed after a deposit payment of 200.00 to be made at least 4 working days before the visit. CATERING CHOICES It is possible to book meals according to the four following menus when reserving the brewery tour or, in any case and at the very latest, one week prior to your tour. 1. CATERING CHOICES 4. In case you are not interested in taking a menu, we also propose you a list of single dishes. This option is only possible for groups between 10 and 35 persons. In this case, you are not obliged to give us your choice in advance.
