We have several menu options for you to choose from & a selection of locations within the venue to suit your requirements. Our talented chef s are only too happy to cater to your specific dietary needs & our friendly wait staff are here to provide good old fashioned service to you & your guests. From bubbles & hors douvres on the deck to fully seated formal dining in our restaurant, our aim is to create a tailored package to suit your requirements. Terms & conditions Confirmation deposit A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the signed terms and conditions and deposit payment Deposit is $100 or 10% of the estimated function charge whichever is greater, is required to confirm your booking Payments Bar tabs are settled at the end of the function, credit card (details must be verified with a driver s licence) held for security Personal cheques are not accepted Catering Final confirmation one week in advance Menu items are subject to market availability Food is not to be removed from the venue Minimum Requirements If you do not reach the number of guests booked you will still incur the full cost quoted by the venue BYO Any alcohol brought into the venue must be forfeited to us on entry and will be returned when you are leaving Food and beverage can not be brought in from an outside source. Cakes are accepted and there may be a small fee for plates and cutlery Entertainment We do not allow external entertainment any entertainment must be booked through the venue and a deposit paid Signage & Decorations No fixtures, glue, sticky tape are to adhered to the walls Dress Code Smart casual dress code rules do apply Theme dress is accepted though the Venue reserves the right to refuse entry if deemed offensive Cancellation Cancellations made more then 7 days previous will be refunded Cancelations made 7 or less days before the function will be forfeited Security If you require a security guard to exclusively service your function this must be organised one week in advance. Cost is $50 per hour with a minimum of 4 hours We will not book 18th birthday parties, if the venue has not been informed we reserve the right to cancel the function immediately In accordance with the law all minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult, siblings, partners etc do not meet this obligation 21st birthday parties will require a security guard for the duration of the function, booked the venue at $50 per hour Any patron deemed unruly, offensive, aggressive or disorderly or intoxicated will be removed from the venue immediately You must advise the venue if minors will be attending, management has the right to impose additional conditions in relation to minors, including times and areas they can attend
