WHITE BURGUNDIES Etienne Sauzet This flagship of Puligny-Montrachet, created in the early part of the twentieth century, today covers 9 hectares. On the death of Etienne Sauzet his daughter Jeanine and her husband Gérard Boudot took responsibility for the domain which they still manage today. Its incredible terroirs and the outstanding winemaking skills of Gérard Boudot make Domaine Etienne Sauzet one of the absolute references amongst white Burgundies. The wines offer immense purity of expression in a magnificent marriage of finesse and elegance. Puligny-Montrachet 2014 70 Puligny-Montrachet 2013 70 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Hameau de Blagny 2013 140 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Referts 2013 140 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru La Garenne 2013 140 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Champ-Canet 2013 150 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Combettes 2013 170 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Combettes 2012 150 Bienvenues- Bâtard -Montrachet Grand Cru 2012 370 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2012 370 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2010 250 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru 2012 380 Montrachet Grand Cru 2011 590 Montrachet Grand Cru 2012 590 Comte Liger-Belair Louis-Michel Liger-Belair forms part of the generation of young, talented winemakers who favour finesse and elegance over power. La Romanée, the jewel of the domain within whose boundaries it lies exclusively, is the smallest appellation d origine contrôlée in France (8400 m2). In the prolongation of Romanée-Conti, this fabulous terroir has been recovered in its entirety by the Liger-Belair family, who spare no effort to take it to the highest level.

Nuits-Saint-Georges 1 er Cru Clos des Grandes Vignes 2012 200 Alain Chavy The estate consists of 6.5 hectares including 2.8 in Puligny-Montrachet and 2.5 in Premier Cru. Respectful of its soil, it performs manual harvest and a traditional winemaking. A small area in size but offers wines of very nice quality. Puligny-Montrachet 2014 70 Puligny-Montrachet Les Charmes 2012 70 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières 2011 90 Marc Colin Since 2004 Marc Colin has passed the baton to Caroline, Damien and Joseph. Multi-talented, they perpetuate the spirit of their father s winemaking methods for the white wines, renowned for their purity and their grace. Montrachet Grand Cru 2013 520 Heitz Lochardet Armand Heitz, is a young winemaker who has more than one card up its sleeve. Established since 2012, it intends to shine again the name of his family in Côte de Beaune. Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru La Maltroie 2014 100 Domaine Leflaive All lovers of Chardonnay owe it to themselves to taste a wine from this magnificent domain in Puligny-Montrachet at least once in their lifetime. With their flawless precision, their finely honed expression and perfect definition of their terroir, the white wines from Domaine Leflaive are undeniably amongst the most compelling in all of Burgundy. The vineyard is biodynamic, and their

management of the soils allows them to attain a level of almost ultimate perfection. Bourgogne 2014 60 Puligny-Montrachet 2014 120 Puligny-Montrachet 2013 110 Meursault 1 er Cru Sous le Dos d Ane 2013 150 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Clavoillon 2013 140 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières 2013 190 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Pucelles 2013 250 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2013 360 Domaine de La Romanée-Conti Domaine de la Romanée-Conti encompasses 25 hectares of vines, principally in the Côte de Nuits and the rare Montrachet Grand Cru (only 54 ares). The wines of Romanée-Conti are only offered for sale after a period of three years, and no effort is spared to ensure that these wines will age to perfection. Henry- Frédéric Roch, who manages the estate with Aubert de Villaine, has used biodynamic practices on a number of hectares for the last 10 years or so. The vines are on average between 30 and 40 years of age. Montrachet Grand Cru 2013 2.900 Jean Marc Roulot Devotees of Meursaults that are pure, upright and mineral have long been followers of this domain. Jean-Marc Roulot is incontestably one of the most skilful winemakers of the appellation, with a unique style that is revered for the brilliant purity of its wines and their ability to age gracefully. They are matured on lees for one year in barrel and six months in vat using only wild yeasts. Alas,

demand is such that it has become almost impossible for the domain to accept any new customers. Meursault Luchets 2014 110 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Bouchères 2014 190 Paul Pillot This long established family domain at Chassagne-Montrachet is one of the pillars of the appellation. Paul Pillot farms a little over 10 hectares, with an intelligent vision of winemaking that favours fruit and terroir over power and concentration. The result is a luminous range of wines of striking expressivity and precision. Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Champs Gain 2013 100 Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Caillerets 2013 110 Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru La Romanée 2013 140 François Raveneau At a time when the vineyards of Chablis were being submerged by technology, the Raveneau brothers, along with the Dauvissat family, were alone in remaining faithful to hand picking, to barrel ageing, to limited yields and full grape maturity. Their wines remain constant in their mineral expression of terroir and honey notes emanating from optimum maturity, given a final polish by oak ageing. A unique style that has brought them wide international acclaim. Chablis 1 er Cru Chapelots 2006 150 Chablis 1 er Cru La Forêt 2005 180 Chablis 1 er Cru Vaillons 2009 180 Chablis 1 er Cru Montée de Tonnerre 2005 190 Comtes Lafon René Lafon took responsibility for this domain in 1956, and his passion for wine and the vineyards led him to leave Paris to live in Meursault. Dominique Lafon succeeded his father in 1984, at first with his brother Bruno. The estate is composed of 16.3 hectares split amongst four villages: Meursault, Volnay, Monthélie and Chassagne-Montrachet, and covers 15 appellations.

Meursault Clos de la Barre 2013 130 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Bouchères 2011 190 Meursault 1 er Cru Charmes 2011 190 Meursault 1 er Cru Charmes 2013 200 Montrachet Grand Cru 2013 1.900 Olivier Leflaive A leading light of the region, Olivier Leflaive has over the years, with the complicity of his oenologist Franck Grux, constructed a domain to be reckoned with. In the image of their renowned Puligny-Montrachet, all of the wines are imprinted with the unique personality of the Burgundy appellations. Meursault 1 er Cru Sous le Dos d Ane 2011 120 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières 2011 160 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru 2011 400 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru 2010 380 Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru 2011 310 Domaine Pattes Loup Thomas Pico, established at Courgis, has worked the family estate since 2005, when he began the process of conversion to organic agriculture. No grand crus or illustrious terroirs, just the determination to work conscientiously and respect the terroir. The size of the domain allows him to devote himself entirely to the vineyard. His Chablis are at their most delicious whilst fairly young (between two to seven years old) in all the brilliance of their stellar fruit. Chablis 1 er Cru Beauregard 2014 60 Chablis 1 er Cru Butteaux 2014 70 Ballot-Millot et fils The family run Domaine Ballot-Millot at Meursault, holders of some of the best climates of Burgundy, offers us one of the finest and most delectable examples

of Côte de Beaune with the suppleness and fruit of truly great white wines such as Meursault and Chassagne-Montrachet. Eminently rich and refined. Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes 2013 130 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes 2012 130 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières 2013 140 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières 2012 130 Meursault 1 er Cru Genévrières 2013 140 Antoine Jobard Antoine Jobard, in the tradition of his father François, produces high level meursaults in classic style, with very long aging and no style effect. Never heavy nor wooded outrageously, the wines are conspicuous by their precision and especially their ability to age Meursault 1 er Cru Poruzots 2013 130 Meursault 1 er Cru Charmes 2012 140 Meursault 1 er Cru Genevrières 2012 140 Leroy The wines of Lalou Bize-Leroy continue to inspire and arouse passion. This woman with her extraordinary palate nurtures one of the most personal visions of wine in all of Burgundy. The vines are tended using biodynamic methods, without compromise, no matter what the cost. Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières 2009 280 Domaine d Auvenay Lalou Bize-Leroy is the unique owner of this small winery, which includes two Côte de Nuits Grand Crus and several remarkable parcels in the finest white terroirs of the Côte de Beaune. Here the same cultural and winemaking

principles are applied as at Domaine Leroy, producing wines in the same spirit. The whites are perhaps even more dazzling than the reds, with the low yields giving them an absolutely unique texture and phenomenal length. Auxey-Duresses Les Clous 2006 550 Meursault Les Narvaux 2002 790 Meursault Les Narvaux 2006 790 Puligny-Montrachet Les Enseignères 2013 790 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières 2006 790 Puligny-Montrachet En la Richarde 2006 790 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru 2002 1.990 Arnaud Ente Arnaud Ente figures on the list of the young ambitious winemakers of Burgundy. This entrepreneur and perfectionist with a singularly precise palate took over his parents-in-law s vines in 1992 enabling him to finally express his own style. He produces astounding Meursault of precision, purity and elegance. Bourgogne 2013 110 Meursault 2009 140 Meursault 2011 170 Meursault 2012 190 Meursault Petits Charrons 2008 180 Meursault Petits Charrons 2009 180 Meursault Petits Charrons 2011 190 Meursault Sève du Clos 2011 210 Michelot This property which has been in the Michelot family for six generations now covers 18 hectares, spread principally around the village of Meursault (notably Premier Crus Genévrières and Charmes). In the vineyard, Jean-François Mestre

has begun the conversion to biodynamic viticulture, eschewing herbicides and insecticides. Meursault Grands Charrons 2014 60 Meursault 1 er Cru Perrières 2014 120 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Genevrières 2014 110 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Genevrières 2011 110 Jacques Prieur The strength of this domain lies first and foremost in the grouping under a single name of vines situated in the most prestigious terroirs. From Montrachet to Chambertin, Corton, Echézeaux and Musigny, it encompasses 22 of the most legendary appellations of the Côte d'or. Made up exclusively of Grands and Premier Crus, it produces wines that are equally renowned in white as in red. Montrachet Grand Cru 2010 550 Bernard Bonin At the head of this domain in the Côte de Beaune, Véronique Bonin and Nicolas Bernard have become key figures in Meursault. Domaine Bernard-Bonin (ex- Domaine Michelot Mère et Fille) produce wines of regularity and coherence from 7 hectares of Chardonnay cultivated using sustainable methods. Meursault Limozin 2014 60 Meursault 1 er Cru Genevrières 2014 100 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes-Dessus 2013 100 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru La Garenne 2013 110 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières 2014 120 Jean-Claude Bessin Since 1992 his wines have progressed a lot. The vineyard was restructured and the production was refined. The wines have lost their austere character and have gained density and flesh, while remaining remarkably mineral. Chablis 1 er Cru La Forêt 2012 60 Chablis Grand Cru Valmur 2013 80 Domaine de la Vougeraie After having run the domain since its creation in 1999, Pascal Marchand passed the reins in 2006 to Pierre Vincent and then his second François des Moutis. Created from the most magnificent terrors belonging to the Boisset family, the

domain produces white wines that are forthright, incisive and precise. An unequivocal success. Beaune 2014 70 Vougeot Le Clos du Prieuré 2014 100 Vincent Girardin The quality of the production is remarkably regular, with wines that offer exceptional expressivity and purity. The white wines are exemplary and deserve attention. Meursault Narvaux 2014 70 Meursault Narvaux 2011 60 Meursault 1 er Cru Genévrières 2011 110 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières 2011 120 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Referts 2012 110 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières 2012 130 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Folatières 2010 130 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Combettes 2012 150 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Combettes 2010 140 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Pucelles 2011 150 Chevalier-Montrachet Grand Cru 2011 390 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Pierre-Yves Colin is unquestionably one of the most gifted winemakers of his generation. He worked at the family estate of Marc Colin until 2005, after which he decided to spread his wings and create his own domain. Saint Aubin Le Banc 2014 60 Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Chenevottes 2014 110 Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Abbaye de Morgeot 2014 110 François Carillon François Carillon began working independently in 2010 when the family vineyard was split between himself and his brother Jacques. The strength of Domaine

Carillon has always lain in its meticulous work in the vineyard; with a basic material of great quality one cannot help but make great wines. Puligny-Montrachet 2013 70 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Champs Gain 2012 100 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Combettes 2013 140 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Perrières 2012 110 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Perrières 2013 110 Rémi Jobard A highly skilful winemaker, Rémi Jobard crafts supple, buttery Meursaults capable of ageing with distinction. Meursault En Luraule 2014 90 Meursault Les Chevalières 2013 90 Coche-Dury Modest and hardworking, Jean-François Coche-Dury, now assisted by his son, has not been altered by worldwide success. If J-F Coche-Dury s wines are easily recognisable from their pure, tensile and finely aromatic style, with their characteristic hint of hazelnut, they possess above all an extraordinary depth of palate and phenomenal length. Bourgogne Aligoté 2013 90 Meursault 2011 250 Meursault Les Chevalières 2009 350 Meursault Les Rougeots 2008 380 Meursault 1 er Cru Genevrières 2008 600 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Perrières 2008 850 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2004 1.800 Bruno Clair Bruno Clair is the grandson of Joseph Clair, founder of the celebrated Domaine Clair-Daü. With his associate, Philippe Brun, he produces classic Burgundies

which are truly delectable young and absolutely remarkable when aged. His white wines are extraordinary, and the domain maintains an exemplary regularity. Morey-Saint-Denis En la Rue de Vergy 2012 90 Dugat-Py Bernard Dugat-Py doesn t like to share his secrets; he works within the family circle, with the complicity of his wife and his son. He forms part of the elite of the Côte d Or, tending his vines with rare expertise, like a garden. Pernand-Vergelesses 1 er Cru Sous Frétille 2012 150 Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru 2012 350 Jean-Claude Bachelet & fils Jean-Claude, the father, handed this magnificent vineyard of 10 hectares over to his sons Jean-Baptiste and Benoît who now manage this family domain with brio. Composed of the finest terroirs of Saint-Aubin and a few splendid parcels at Chassagne, its wines are made from perfectly ripe grapes using only wild yeasts. Saint Aubin 1 er Cru Les Combes au Sud 2014 60 Saint Aubin 1 er Cru En Remilly 2014 70 Saint Aubin 1 er Cru En Remilly 2013 70 Puligny-Montrachet Les Aubues 2013 80 Chassagne-Montrachet Les Encégnières 2013 70 Chassagne-Montrachet 1 er Cru Les Macherelles 2013 90 Benoit Ente

Benoît Ente is the brother of Arnaud, and like him, farms a tiny family vineyard which has the good fortune to include some excellent parcels at Puligny- Montrachet. The example of his brother, without doubt the most accomplished maker of Chardonnay in Burgundy today, is certainly an inspiration to him. With each new vintage Benoît Ente takes his wines to ever greater levels, by slight touches of improvement and attention to detail Puligny-Montrachet 2014 90 Puligny-Montrachet 2010 80 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières 2010 150 Dujac Domaine Dujac is a Burgundy wine producer. The domaine is run by the Seysses family; the founder, Jacques Seysses, is still involved in its operation, but his sons, Jeremy and Alec and Jeremy's wife Diana have run the domaine for the past several vintages. Jacques founded the domaine in 1967, although the first release was 1969. Morey-Saint-Denis 1 er Cru Les Monts Luisants 2013 100 François Mikulski Since our first vintage in 1992, we carry on our commitment to producing top quality Burgundy wines of authenticity, elegance and purity. Much like humans, vines are living organisms that need to be fed and treated with consideration. Home-produced composts, phytosanitary environmentally-friendly products, plowing, and a carefully preserved biological balance of the soil help us achieve our main cultivation goals. Meursault 2013 80 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Poruzots 2013 120 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes 2013 130 Meursault 1 er Cru Les Charmes 2009 130 Joseph Drouhin Frédéric Drouhin has managed this impressive domain for several years, assisted by his sister Véronique for the wines and his brother Philippe in the vines. They employ biodynamic techniques in the vineyard which is particularly rich in classy whites, such as the famous Clos des Mouches. Beaune 1 er Cru Clos des Mouches 2011 150

Jacques Carillon Jacques Carillon offers a selection of fine white wines that are full of character, vintage after vintage and known worldwide for their outstanding quality. Puligny-Montrachet 2014 80 Puligny-Montrachet 2013 80 Puligny-Montrachet 1 er Cru Champs Canet 2014 150 Bonneau du Martray Well known to all wine lovers, this gem of a domain possesses two particularities: all of its vines are situated in the Charlemagne climate and they produce only two wines, one white in Corton-Charlemagne, and the other red, in Corton. After trialling biodynamics on a third of the property, they proceeded with total conversion of the vineyard in 2004. Corton Charlemagne Grand Cru 2008 190 Thomas Morey Thomas Morey is the tenth generation of Morey at Chassagne-Montrachet. Having experienced the exploitation of his grandparents and then that of his parents on which he worked 12 years, he decided to create his own estate with his wife Sylvie in 2006. Domaine Thomas Morey signed his first vintage in 2007 and counts 9 hectares. Comte Liger-Belair Louis-Michel Liger-Belair forms part of the generation of young, talented winemakers who favour finesse and elegance over power. La Romanée, the jewel of the domain within whose boundaries it lies exclusively, is the smallest appellation d origine contrôlée in France (8400 m2). Working closely with his wife and his son he forms part of the elite of the Côte d Or, with vineyards that are some of the most beautifully tended in all of Burgundy. These old vines originating from their own root stock (massal selection) confer a unique flavour on the grapes. Made with a minimum of intervention, using a high proportion of whole clusters, they give deeply coloured, powerful wines that carry the imprint of the terroir.
