BANQUETING SUPPORT INTRODUCTION Customised Services This banqueting folder contains the most frequently requested and most commonly chosen banquet options. However, there is naturally always room for special requests at Eurest. We would be happy to provide you with recommendations in choosing menus and dishes, selections to be served at receptions, stylish decorations, etc. For customised services, please contact our food & beverage manager at (040 247)3561 or by e-mail via eurest@tue.nl. We would love to make you an offer. We offer high-quality products, which is why we often select an organic alternative for many of the products we offer. We have also tried to include as many other sustainable elements as possible in this banqueting folder, so that you have a broader selection to choose from, if desired. In addition, Eurest has also chosen not to include any fish from the red category of the VISwijzer guide to sustainable seafood (an initiative of the North Sea Foundation and the World Wildlife Fund) in this banqueting folder.
