Donerville Road Lancaster PA, 17603 Ph 717-872-1554 Special Occasion Venue Policies Security Deposit A non refundable $250.00 security deposit is required to reserve date and banquet room. The security deposit may be applied to satisfy any amounts owed by User to Country Barn. Payment Prices are current and may be subject to change, all food and beverage quotes guaranteed for (90) days prior to the date of function. Post dated checks will not be accepted. There is a fee of $50 for returned checks. Fifty percent of total is due 30 days prior to event. Final count is due five days prior to the event along with final payment. (Will be billed according to final count) Smoking Smoking is not permitted in any Country Barn Facilities. Outdoor smoking area is located in the designated smoking area. Alcohol The User is responsible for all guests who consume alcohol at their event. Country Barn reserves the right to deny any guest alcoholic beverages. Alcohol service must be terminated at the written scheduled end time of your event. Alcohol consumption is limited to the inside Barn area. The serving of alcohol is the complete responsibility of the User. COUNTRY BARN REMINDS USER THAT IT IS UNLAWFUL TO SELL, FURNISH, OR GIVE OR TO PERMIT ANY OTHER PERSON TO SELL, FURNISH, OR GIVE AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE TO A MINOR OR A VISIBLE INTOXICATED PERSON. Alcohol can only be provided to the Users guests as part of the event. User must provide liability and property damage insurance with the host liquor. Minimum coverage required (general aggregate, $1,000,000: per occurrence including property damage $1,000,000) Country Barn LLC and James D. Stauffer must be listed as additional insured. Noise Levels User agrees to cooperate with Country Barn to insure that the music, sound, and/or noise level generated by the event is obtained at an acceptable level at all times. Menu Menu selection (30)days prior to event, all food and non-alcoholic beverages consumed must be purchased from and supplied by Country Barn. Any quoted prices may increase per person if you do not reach your original guest count. All buffet meals are served to the minimum of (30) guests. Lost or Stolen Items Country Barn is not responsible for any items owned or used by Users/guests before, during or after the event. Parking User and all guests and invitees must park in designated parking areas within the farm. Parking is restricted on roadways and access drives. Cancellation Policy If the event is canceled, we will need a letter signed by the person s name on the contract. Decoration Restrictions All decorations used within the venue are subject to approval by the Country Barn events manager. No open flame decorations or equipment or equipment will be permitted. No nails, thumb tacks, glue, staples are permitted. No decorations hanging from the fire sprinkler heads. Decorations are to be removed by the user immediately following the event. Country Barn is unable to insure that the property will be available for decoration and set-up the day before the User s event. If the property is not reserved the day before the event, Country Barn may, in its sole discretion permit User to set-up and decorate, otherwise all set-up must be done the day of the event.

Inspection Country Barn reserves the right to inspect and control all functions. Contract This event policies form and facility use agreement constitutes a license to use the buildings and /or grounds for the purpose specified herein and for the time specified herein. Termination Country Barn may terminate the Facility Use Agreement at any time before the date of use, or anytime during the term of use, if conditions arise that make use of the property (or any component thereof) dangerous to health, safety or welfare, or is the presents or behavior of Users agents, employees, patrons or guests pose a threat to health, safety or welfare. In no event shall Country Barn be liable to User for direct, indirect consequential or exemplary damages as a result of the cancellation of this Agreement. General Information Available Monday Thursday now accepting reservations Friday, Saturday and Sunday ----Bookings become available after 55 or less days prior to your event date. Wedding Receptions are not eligible for these packages Events must be finished by 10pm. Tables & Chairs The set up of tables and chairs will be the responsibility of Country Barn. Miscellaneous Fees Events requiring audio and/or visual equipment is available for the rent as follows: Easel $5.00 Podium $5.00 Stage $10.00 per section (4 X8 ) Bar rental $500.00 includes: bartender, ice, refrigeration, sodas, (beer and wine glasses) The Cellar Located in the Manor View Barn 360 Weaver Road Lancaster Pa 17603 Non-catered event No catering included. $600.00 For Country Barn catering see The Cellar Package below. Includes tables and chairs for 50 guests. Additional rentals available. No Food or beverages permitted to be brought into the banquet facility unless by a licensed and insured caterer. Banquet rooms are available one hour prior to the scheduled function time. Each banquet party may stay for up to (4) hours. If more time is needed, you are required to pay a room rental fee of ($150) per hour.
