Pick Your Service Pick-up: You pick up your order at either restaurant location, at the time and date you choose. Food is packaged in aluminum disposable pans. Drop-off: 8 person minimum. We will load up our trucks and deliver to your location. Our staff member will set up on your tables with great tasting BBQ in disposable aluminum trays. Delivery charge and 10% administrative fee will be applied. Allow 1/2 hour delivery window. Drop-off with Full Service: 30 person minimum. We come to your location, set up the food in heated chaffing dishes and our staff will serve your guests. We clean up our mess and off we go! A 15% administrative fee will be added. Rig On Site with Full Service: 100 person minimum. We bring a BBQ rig and our staff will cook/smoke the food right on site. Guests are served buffet style by our servers.
