PICKLED HERRING SALAD May not be the prettiest salad of the bunch but it s surely one of the tastiest! Shelsky s Caviar Selections Market Price PADDLEFISH CAVIAR The paddlefish is a close relative of the American freshwater sturgeon. Harvested from wild paddlefish in Mississippi River, this small and glossy caviar is earthy and bold is priced for gatherings of any size. HACKLEBACK WILD AMERICAN STURGEON CAVIAR The hackleback sturgeon have made a comeback over the last couple decades. The caviar from these sturgeon is proudly labeled, American Caviar. The eggs are small, black to dark brown orbs with sweet notes up front, a light earthiness, and a buttery finish USA PRESIDENTIAL TRANSMONTANEOUS STURGEON CAVIAR This elegant caviar is harvested from the same farm raised, luxurious California white sturgeon we sell here at Shelsky s.
