Children,s PACKAGE Children are more than welcome to attend your event under the supervision of a parent or guardian, however must vacate the function centre strictly by 11:00pm. Pricing structure and inclusions for children are as below: Children 0-3 years - Free of Charge $5.00 if a covered chair is required. Limited Highchairs are available - free of charge 4 years-12 years - $15.00 each Includes Your choice of children s meal - Chicken Nuggets & Chips or Kids Fish & Chips as well as ice-cream or Jelly for dessert. Children 13 years - 17 years - 10% discount full adult package price (when toasting wine is included in the standard package) Standard Package Menu Included.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS Confirmation & Deposit Confirmation of bookings will be accepted over the telephone. The initial deposit ($500.00) must be received within two weeks of the booking date. If the deposit is not received, the Management of the Hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking and re-allocate the room. Tentative Bookings: Tentative bookings will be held for a period of two weeks. Without confirmation at the end of this two week period, Fitzy s reserves the right to release this date. Cancellation If you wish to Cancel your Wedding Reception the following conditions apply: Where notice is given more that 6 months prior, all monies will be refunded with the exception of $100 administration fee. Where less than 6 months notice is given, deposits (less $100 administration fee) will be refunded ONLY IF THE ROOM IS RE-SOLD. Should the function be cancelled less than one week prior to the event, no monies can be refunded. Payment Full Payment of the event either by Cash, Bank Cheque or EFTPOS is required three (3) working days prior to the reception. All Bar Tabs must be settled as at the end of the function via credit card or cash. No charges can be extended to be paid after the event. Minimum Guests and Surcharges The 50 guest minimum that applies to the packages is based off 50 adult (full paying) guests. Should your function fall below this 50 guest minimum a $200.00 room hire surcharge then applies in addition to the package price for standard packages. The absolute minimum that packages can apply to is 40 adults. Confirmation Of Numbers Reconfirmation of the number of guests attending is requested 14 DAYS prior to the function date, this will constitute the MINIMUM NUMBER TO BE CHARGED FOR CATERING. Confetti, Rice & Glitter As we do not charge a cleaning fee confetti, rice and loose glitter are not allowed in the rooms or gardens. Rose Petals, Bubbles and Table Scatters make the perfect substitute. Service of Alcohol Fitzy s Hotel and Convention Centre Operates within the responsible service of alcohol guidelines. These laws dictate that no alcohol is to be served to anyone under the age of 18 or anyone who is unduly intoxicated. Fitzy s Hotel Policy states that any guest that looks under the age of 25 may be asked to provide an acceptable form of photographic identification (drivers licence, passport 18+ Card,) in failing to do this the guest will not be served any alcohol whist on premises. Loss Or Damage Our staff will naturally take every care when looking after your belongings. The hotel cannot, however take responsibility for loss or damage to items before, during or after your function.
