Our car park at Haut-Bailly accommodates up to 40 vehicles and has available space for buses and large vehicles. 2

Receptions The Table Privée Opening its doors for guests, the Chateau s private rooms are the stage for an exquisite pairing of fine wines and the seasonal cuisine of Haut-Bailly s own Chef. 8 to 15 people Lunch Dinner Set in the dining room of the Chateau. The Chef s four-course menu is designed around regional and seasonal products based on daily market produce. Includes one vintage of La Parde Haut-Bailly and two vintages of Château Haut-Bailly, as well as a visit of the property and an aperitif with Champagne. 4 to 6 people Lunch COLLECTOR S AND BUSINESS LUNCHES Especially adapted for small groups of four to six for lunch during the week, this option allows guests to enjoy the Chef s menu in the intimate setting of the Chateau s small dining room. Receptions Visits & Tastings From the vineyard to the vat room to our barrel cellars, visits at the property offer guests insight into the techniques and methods that go into making Haut-Bailly, a property dedicated to producing exceptional red wines since its foundation in 1630. «A glimpse of a Grand Cru» (30 min) A visit focusing on the unique aspects of Haut- Bailly, with tasting of two wines from the estate. Classic Visit (1h) A complete visit with detailed explanations of viticulture and the winemaking process with a tasting of two wines from Haut-Bailly. From 6 people : 11 «Insider s Visit» (1h30) A technical visit of the vineyard and cellar with the possibility to meet with team members and walk through the Chateau. Detailed tasting of two wines from Haut-Bailly in our tasting room paired with cheese and bread. 7
Setting The Chateau The Château was built in 1872. The reception rooms illustrate the refinment and elegance of the French «art de vivre». The large dining room welcomes groups of 8 to 15 for Table Privée functions. The small dining room is reserved for lunches of 4 to 6 guests. During the fall and winter months guests can enjoy the warmth of the fireplace in the salon while enjoying an aperitif and following their meal with coffee and tea. The terrace Located behind the Chateau and westward facing, the terrace overlooks the property s hundred-year-old vines. The perfect setting to enjoy spectacular sunsets during summer. With a surface area of 120 m², the terrace easily adapts to various formats and allows guests to enjoy a number of activities on the Chateau s lawn 8
Setting The reception room The reception hall - a former barrel room - opens onto the Chateau s courtyard and the iconic sculpture of Bernar Venet. Offering a space of 200 m², the hall welcomes up to 130 seated guests with round or long tables. The offer includes our chairs (light colored wood), table settings, individual menus and floral decoration. The conference room A comfortable well lit environment offering comfort and discretion. With a surface area of 90 m², the conference room accommodates up to 60 guests in theatre style seating. The patio offers fresh air and sunshine during breaks. Setting The boutique Our boutique welcomes visitors from Monday to Friday for a friendly time before / after a winetour or for a shopping break in your day. The place offers a selection of fine books and objects related to wine, gastronomy and French «art de vivre». In the region... Château Haut-Bailly is located at the doorstep of Bordeaux, a beautiful city part of UNESCO s world heritage. The estate is 45 minutes away from the Bassin d Arcachon and the Dune of Pyla, from Saint-Emilion village and vineyards, from the Médoc wineries. Nearby is the appellation Pessac-Léognan and the Route des vins de Graves et Sauternes. If you have time, visit the Cité du Vin, the CAPC museum of contemporary art, the Musée des Arts Décoratifs et du Design, the Musée des Beaux Arts, Bordeaux Opera or Mollat bookshop, these are Bordeaux institutions with which Haut-Bailly works as a partner or a patron. 10
